Gogun Avis 66

Ich habe eine Reklamation bezüglich der Mey Interceptor. Der Griff und die damit verbundene Picatinnyschiene wackelt.
Außerdem ist die obere Picatinnyschine nicht gerade und hat 2 Knicke/Bögen! Das ist für eine 500€ Armbrust Inakzeptabel.
Der Service redet sich heraus und sagt mir dass ich die Armbrust nicht verkrampft halten soll und wenn ich treffsicher Zielen will ich das Visier auf dem festen Teil anbauen soll. Ich habe einen kostenlosen Rücksendeschein angefordert aber der Service antwortet nicht auf meine Forderung!
Bei dieser Firma hätte ich mir ehrlichgesagt mehr Qualität und Kulanz erwartet!

Great company to do business with. I noticed an error I made on my order at 2 in the morning. I emailed them right away and by morning my issue was corrected, difference was refunded (although not asked for) and a friendly response was given.

Ich habe eine Cobra Adder bei GoGun gekauft. Es hat ungefähr 1½ Wochen gedauert, was mir ein wenig zu lange gedauert hat aber im Rahmen der angegebenen Zeit ist, also will ich nicht meckern. Als die Adder dann an kam habe ich bemerkt das die Halterung für den Griff abgebrochen war. Also habe ich GoGun am Abend angeschrieben und auch am nächsten Werktag direkt eine Antwort bekommen in dem mir gesagt wurde das ich ein Ersatzteil bekomme welches dann auch 2 Tage später ankam und ich auch direkt montiert habe. Danke GoGun für die kompetente Hilfe

Kontakt super. Ich h bin sehr mit dem Kundendienst des Unternehmens zufrieden. Aufgrund eines Problems (verklemmter Diabolo) habe ich zeitnah eine Reaktion bekommen. Ich habe einen Retoureaufkleber bekommen und die Waffen eingesendet. Die Waffe (grundsätzlich ein tolles Gewehr) kam in absehbarer Zeit repariert zurück. Ich bin zufrieden und kann wirklich nicht klagen. Für mich eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Ich bestellte div. Artikel bei GoGun unter anderem eine "Luftpumpe" um kleine Drucklufttanks zu füllen (200bar).
Bei der Pumpe fehlte aber das Anschlusstück für die Druckluftzylinder.
Ich schrieb kurz eine Mail und erhielt prompt eine Antwort das das fehlende Teil nach gesendet wird. Danke noch einmal an dieser Stelle.

This company is a joke. I received an order confirmation for an order I did not place and tried to cancel immediately but was told that it had already shipped. That’s amazing I’ve never heard of something shipping that quick ever! I then contacted someone to help me and they told me they would only refund 70% due to a restocking fee and I would have to pay to ship it back. I looked up the refund policy on the website and it clearly says they will issue full refund for certain circumstances but clearly that’s a lie. If us not placing the order isn’t a good enough circumstance I don’t know what is. On top of all that the person I was dealing with was extremely rude!!! Don’t ever buy from this place cause if something is wrong or it ships wrong you will only have to pay for it in the end!!!!

Ich habe in Holland Probleme beim Umbau auf offen mit den Dichtungen vom Leistungsregler gehabt.Habe wohl bei zu kalten Temperaturen die Dichtungen am Leistunsregler beschädigt.Nach einer E-Mail an Gogun habe ich umgehend 2 neue zugeschickt bekommen.Mit Gogun nur positive Erfahrungen.Von mir daher glatte 5 Sterne.

Place an order for two magazines. They were not on backorder on the website. When I asked when will my order will ship...this was the response I got. "These are on backorder. AEA is quite bad about sending us enough of these and there is a long waitlist. If you want I can refund your order and you will lose your spot in line." I will not purchase anything from them again!

Schlechter Kundenservice, endlose Telefonate und Emails nötig um Reklamation klären zu können und Ersatzware zu erhalten, Kunde wird gesagt, er sei nicht in der Lage die Ware richtig zu montieren, man solle doch ein Video davon machen und zusenden. Einmal und nie wieder dort bestellt.

Die Lieferung erfolgte zuverlässig. Ich hatte mir eine Cobra Repetierarmbrust bestellt. Soweit so gut. Die Installationsanleitung war erst auch einfach und alles erschien gut. Beim Spannen der Armbrust funktionierte allerdings die Spannvorrichtung nicht. Heißt, dass der Spannhebel im Magazin falsch montiert war. Ich habe versucht, ihn umzubauen, jedoch konnte ich ihn nicht entfernen. Foto gemacht, Kundenservice kontaktiert, keine Reaktion. Ich habe überlegt, ob ein Schritt in der simplen Montageanleitung fehlt, konnte aber keine Lösung finden. Habe dann versucht, das optische Visier zu installieren. Hier fehlte jede Anleitung. Beim Versuch des Einlegens der Batterie kamen mir plötzlich Schrauben und Federn entgegengesprungen. Letztendlich habe ich das Ding entnervt entsorgt. 500€ für den Ar...h! Bei dem Laden kauf ich nix mehr!

Read the fine print,I received a aea challenger.50 and upon arrival I found that the end of the air tube by the gauge was saturated in oil..I'm not sure if this is a normal thing with pcps as this is the first one I've seen,but I didn't like it at the cost of this airgun,so all said and done they charged me 100+$ to "restock" the item and shipping was 100$ with insurance end of the day it's my fault for not reading the fine print first but that's the time we are in,Also the rifle was advertised as a 9# item.....not even close
