Speed of delivery and packaging.
Having found the website which is now DDF I was interested in purchasing the Mey Interceptor. The website stated they were in stock so I took the chance and bought one. I got an almost instant order confirmation via email and then another the following day via the courier. It took just three days from purchase to arriving here. It was well packaged and now I look forward to practising my new found hobby.
The only downside and why there is five stars is direct communication with DDF which is none. I did phone and email but had no response . It seems to be a pattern with many of these sites that comms is not their best endeavours.

After several emails and phone calls I got no response.
So I contacted their headquarters in Europe.
I explained I’m autistic and dyslexic and needed a person to help with my order.
I then received an email directing me to their website.
It’s made it absolutely impossible to deal with them.
Very disappointing as they are the sole distributor in the UK.
I see an opportunity for some entrepreneurial person to take the contract from this company.
I might even give it a go myself.

Had an issue with an item a week or two after purchasing, which resulted in breaking a part.

Couldn’t have been more helpful & a replacement part was sorted within 5 days.

Absolutely no problem with these guys. Received my Adder V3 in record time. I spoke to the team on the phone before I placed my order. Very helpful and knowledgeable.. I can't thank you guys enough. Hope to deal with you again soon.

Ordered the Siege magazine Repeater Kit for the siege 300 only available at gogun delivery was quick about 2-3 days, I also emailed them inquiring about other products and got a reply next day, pleased with my purchase would recommend and will buy from gogun again.

Customer service is sadly lacking. Emails often go unanswered and even the smallest things need chasing up. It took me months just to get a replacement thumb screw for the magazine. Also the products are overpriced. The Cobra Adder crossbow is £389.99 from GoGun.uk whereas you can buy it for around £270 from Pellpax and other sellers. It's extremely frustrating that one can only obtain the V2 magazine from GoGun.

The company's email management is subpar and their customer service is one of the worst I have encountered. Regrettably, they are the sole authorized seller in the UK, leaving one no choice but to deal with them in order to obtain the product. Additionally, the adder frequently jams and I have broken two arrows and two strings within 10 shots. Despite reaching out for assistance, their response was unhelpful and they implied they would send spare parts, but have yet to do so. Moreover, their communication via email is unreliable and there are no other means of contacting them. Furthermore, for my initial order, I had to follow up twice for the missing pieces. I regret my purchase from this company and in the future, I will seek out other products from a more professional entity.
