I can’t find my review that I wrote but I forgot to include Aoife’s name she has been so patient with me as I have called her often to ask questions and change thing my itinerary She is the best!

Matt has been a wonderful agent. He returned texts and emails very quickly. He answered all of our questions and has changed the itinerary multiple times to meet our needs. Matt has met with us on our time working well outside of what I would consider his normal working hours.

We cannot recommend Cliodhna highly enough! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us plan the perfect trip to Iceland. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and worked so hard to create an itinerary that fit our travel style, interests, and budget.

Throughout the planning process, she has been responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. No question was too small, and she always made us feel confident and excited about our upcoming adventure.

It is so refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about their clients and goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

A total, deceptive RIP OFF! This company is a broker and does not deliver any services whatsoever! They sold our reservation to Arctic Adventures where participants paid approximately $2,500 for exactly the same trip: we paid $4,400. Be careful, once you make a deposit, it is not refundable. Go Iceland was informed of limitations from my recent spine surgery: the first day I walked 9,034 steps and spent much of the trip in the van They don't care abot you! They booked us in a hotal with a highway view far from everything on our last day. Of course, at a higher rate that the hotel charges. This company is a RIP OFF! Please have a look at my more extensive review on Trip Advisor and Reddit. This company has terrible ethics and cares about only one thing: THEMSELVES!

Very unprofessional and unreachable. Most likely and scam. We booked an Iceland trip with “goicelandtours” for four couples a couple of weeks ago. We were dealing with Aoife. We promptly left her a deposit and booked our flights. A couple of days later, Aoife sent over a convoluted payment request. Since then we have not heard back from her. Our group has left numerous messages, emails phone calls etc to no avail. After a little digging, I found out they are owned by a private equity firm. DG Ventures. Kilroys House , Patrick Street , Mullingar ,Co. Westmeath, N91 N6CW . As you can see, They go by several different domaine names. When we booked, our CC charge was listed as “GoIreland” which has horrendous reviews. I can’t believe that ‘Go Iceland” can have so many good reviews on Trust pilot (maybe bots?). They have yet to responded to my request to refund my $1000 deposit. We filled a clam with Visa. AVOID AT ALL COST. .

difficult to reach after I pay the deposit. After reading reviews on Facebook, I thought I had fallen for a scam. I ultimately cancelled with them. They refuse to refund my deposit. I did file a complaint with my credit card company. Very stressful. No confirmations two weeks before travel.

We were considering a trip to Iceland and wanted information into Bus Tours. One phone call to Goicelandtours and Matt was very helpful, he sent us many different tours to consider. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered our many questions. Glad we called Goicelandtours.

Emily’s presentation of an Iceland tour was exemplary. Although we can’t seem to get our act together to go on that tour right now, I will definitely reach out to her again when the timing is better. She is absolutely fantastic, clear, flexible -because she came up with several different types of tours that modified what we thought we wanted the first and second time and followed up. This is a bucket trip list for my sister-in-law and I and we have had a wonderful experience with Go Iceland tours!! Matt has been exceptionally helpful, giving us all types of details making this an easy way to plan a trip. He even thought of things that we didn’t. I would highly recommend using Matt.😎

I had such a great experience booking with Kevin. He was very communicative the whole time and answered the many questions I had. He also make sure to update the itinerary based on what I wanted. This is my first time going to Iceland and I’m so excited I booked with him. It was definitely more affordable than other options I looked for and he was very flexible to make sure my boyfriend and I got everything we wanted in this trip.

Adam was so helpful in adjusting to our needs and especially not being too overbearing when we wanted something different, and he made it work with whatever we wanted so it was tailored to us! He was awesome!
