Gojiberry Avis 

Gojiberry is one of four different carrier brands I have in my rotation and while each brand has its own style and special things about them, nothing quite beats the one major thing that sets Gojiberry apart which is that interchangeable cover. They not only have the most beautiful styles, soft fabric (major win for our daughter who has severe eczema), and vibrant colors, but they are also incredibly communicative. I have had so many questions about how to wear my baby safely and the Gojiberry team has gotten back to me within hours every time. I cannot say the same about any of the other brands I use. The family is wonderful and they have created a beautiful lasting product that won’t require an entire unit replacement when we get tired of the design we initially purchased. So thoughtfully curated!

My gojiberry carrier is a game changer! It is the first carrier to fit both myself and my husband without a ton of adjustments and is super affable when compared to other carriers often marketed on my socials.

I love how soft the fabric is and the ability to easily swap or clean spit up messes is much appreciated. The shoulder straps are soft and padded without feeling bulky.

I will absolutely be recommending this one over other brands to any of my new mom friends.

I recently became a new mom and this is the baby carrier I reach for when I need to get things done around the house or am out and about. It’s the ONLY carrier my baby girl likes. It’s soft and comfortable for me and her (even for extended periods of time). My favorite part is that I can wash the cover, that has already come in handy many times! lol

What I love about this carrier:
- super supportive waistband! Feel that my range of motion is much better because of the support and I find that I can carry my baby for long periods without it slipping down and needing adjustments.
- criss cross back straps. Much prefer to backpack style straps on other carriers. Feels easier on my back.
- the flap at the top front. I put it up when my baby is napping and down when he is awake and wants to look around more!
- the removable cover makes washing it so easy!

As a plus size woman I always worry about things fitting and being comfortable even when they say they’re size inclusive. Gojiberry truly is!! I also love that the straps are comfortable and soft but not bulky. The X back for me is a lot more comfortable than H and I’m glad this can do both, comfortably!
I will say that the thing that got me to choose them over a couple others I was looking at, was they’re removable and interchangeable covers!!

I recently received my Gojiberry carrier and have started trying it out. I have a couple of structured carries from big brands that just feel clunky and hard to manage on my own, so I was looking for something easier to use without help. This carrier is definitely manageable to put on and take off without someone helping with the clips, which is great! I still find the waistband slightly uncomfortable or awkward feeling, but it is much more comfortable for me overall. My baby also recently slept for about 2 hours in the carrier on our second day of using it, which is longer than she has ever been willing to stay in any of our other carriers! I’m planning to use this for an upcoming trip and am hopeful she’ll be happy and content for a while at a time so I can remain hands free at the airport! Only time will tell, but I suspect we’ll get a lot of use out of this carrier based on our initial experience.

First off, I am obsessed with the gojiberry carrier. I have a velcro baby and we tried several other carriers and wraps. They just left me with an aching back and not enough support. It took me a while to figure out how to make the bottom smaller for an infant. Once I realized what the picture instructions were showing, I felt silly. I was unbuttoning the cover. This is the first carrier ive used that I don't find my self supporting the baby with one hand. She feels so secure that Im truly hands free. I have a very large chest and have no pain whatsoever. I love that there aren't a ton of buckles to try to get the right fit. Just toss over my shoulder. clip, and tighten it up. I wish I had found gojiberry before I spent money on any other carriers. The removable cover is chefs kiss. I got the diaper bad top and that thing is so nive and much roomier than I thought. Im planning to attach it to my stroller when the weather warms up.

I love my carrier! I just started using it and it is so comfortable on my shoulders and back. My baby is also drooling a bit and has reflux, so the removable covers have been a game changer! The materials are soft and gentle for them. My husband is a firefighter and leaves for work every third day. Being able to wear my carrier with my Velcro baby, has allowed me to do basic things like feed myself lunch. 😂 I also appreciate that Gojiberry tells you to use their carrier until after your baby is 3 months old. (Definitely follow that recommendation 😬). Overall, it is super easy to strap on. I had to adjust it several times until I found a spot that felt just right for my baby and I, but once that was set, it felt so lightweight. 10/10 recommend!

I bought this for myself last fall after I welcomed my second baby to the world. I had scoured the Internet to find a comfortable carrier that could carry both my toddler and infant, so I don't have to bring 2 carriers with me depending on who needs/wants to be carried. I also needed the carrier to be affordable. Having recently purchased new supplies for the new baby, and constantly changing needs of my toddler, I couldn't afford to spend upwards of $300 for the ones I kept seeing people recommend.
I use my gogiberry carrier every single day. I carry my infant while walking my toddler to the park in the morning. I wear my toddler when going to the store, or places I don't want her to have free reign and touch/break things (museums or antique shops!). It's been amazing for all of us.
I love the concept of changing the covers, when my infant spits up or has excessive drool, I can easily change it out, clean it up, and it's ready to go again!

I LOVE the quality of this carrier, it’s so soft and fits so comfortably. The fact that you can change the patterns out and wash them easily is a bonus! Also love that it can carry more than 25 pounds unlike most expensive carriers. Will be keeping this for my second and hopefully third child!

I ordered my Gojiberry carrier and had an issue with my order. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly and helped me resolve my issue. On top of that, the quality of the carrier is very good! I love that you can switch out the covers for each season or just to match what you are wearing. I highly recommend!!

I haven’t gotten to use the carrier out yet since I haven’t perfected the fit, but the process was great, and quality/ quantity for price was perfect. I got this while I could get a free extra cover & diaper bag, which is honestly a great deal (especially for my reflux baby!). Customer service was amazing and quick as well!

I’m leaving a 4-star review to be fair and transparent about my experience with GojiBerry.

I placed a duplicate order solely to change my payment method and contacted customer service as soon as I noticed. The duplicate order was returned as soon as shipping label was received. I expected a straightforward resolution, a full exchanged refund. but the communication process was slower and more difficult than anticipated.

What was frustrating was that nearly $30 was deducted from my refund for shipping and transaction fees that were not clearly communicated. While I understand return policies exist, clear and prompt communication via chat or email would have prevented confusion and frustration.

Additionally, during the resolution process, details concerning my urgency to fix the mistake on my end was brought to my attention and I graciously took responsibility for my rush and even denied the 50% split loss of the remaining refund they offered. I planned to just leave it at that and still leave a positive review.

Finally, I then was informed that a full refund would be completed after I left a review. Though this may look like review manipulation, I am extremely grateful that they had a change of mind, and went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer and I am truly grateful for that. I am an honest and fair lady , always leaving reviews with transparency.

That said, I am currently waiting for the company to stand by their final decision to refund the remaining refund amount. Because of their positive change of mind after taking responsibility on my end, I look forward to Gojiberry honoring their commitment to treat me as a valued customer. The product itself is well made and beautiful. I will recommend this carrier to all my friends and followers online. I believe this experience could be improved with more prompt communication and clearer upfront explanations of return-related costs.

After 3 babies, I am so thankful to have found this baby carrier - it’s genius. I don’t ever have to wait for the full carrier to be washed since it comes with removable covers. It’s brilliant. Great customer service, too!

I love my gojiberry carrier! As a babywearing educator I love that they are committed to safety and comfort of both the wearer and the baby. Their carrier is one of the most used in my personal stash. It’s well made and very size inclusive. I also love being able to support a local carrier brand!

I’m a big baby carrier/baby wearing mama and this is SO comfortable. You can literally wear this however you desire. I love the versatile and the changing covers. Also cute and stylish which is also a plus! Worth every penny!

I absolutely LOVE my Gojiberry carrier! My baby is usually picky about carriers but she loves it too! I work on my feet a lot as a florist and almost always have my baby with me. Having a carrier that she loves and is comfortable in allows me to get so much work done!

I love our Gojiberry Baby Carrier. It's soft, strongly structured and my baby loves being in it too. I really appreciate the option to change out the cover when it gets dirty and am seriously obsessed with how high quality the different covers are (I have 2 different ones). The carrier sits very comfortably for me and I haven't been sore wearing it even for multiple hours at a time. Highly recommend!!

After using my Goji Berry multiple times a day for almost a year, I can still say that I love the carrier so much! Not only are the
covers interchangeable, they are beautiful and made of high quality natural fibers. There is no other carrier on the market this comfortable and versatile! One of my favorite options is the H shape straps. Most carriers are either X or H and my preference is H so I love having the option. They have such great customer service as well. I couldn’t recommend this company and baby carrier enough!
