The overall experience for a freelancer like me to get paid and make it so seamless is very comforting. Instead of struggling to figure out how to get paid once we hook a client GoLance makes it straight forward and simple. Literally a few clicks and the money is in my account and this is amazing.

I have been getting paid weekly for the last 4 months, and I am very satisfied. Withdrawing to a Guatemalan bank took 4 hours, when I thought it would be days. Crypto withdrawals are my best option because of exchange rates to GTQ. The 7% commission was explained by my employer at the time of contract, I got no problem with that. I would not use the card in my country because of exchange rate and bank fees which is high. Two times, support helped me solve my problem smoothly.

I initially gave goLance a 1-star review after a very frustrating experience with my first withdrawal. I have been freelancing professionally for over 8 years, and I have never experienced such poor communication regarding a payment.

My client paid me on July 24, but my withdrawal failed due to a payment restriction for Serbia that I was not made aware of. What frustrated me most was not the failed transfer itself, but the lack of communication from customer support. I had to post a public review before my case was properly escalated.

However, I want to be fair and acknowledge the positive resolution.

After my review, Nick from goLance personally took over my case, explained what had happened, helped me set up an alternative withdrawal method, and kept me informed throughout the process. The payment provider for Serbia was also changed, and the previous minimum payout requirement was removed.

I switched to PayPal, and my first withdrawal was processed successfully and without any issues.

This was exactly the kind of support I needed from the beginning: clear communication, someone taking ownership of the problem, and an actual solution.

Because the issue was ultimately resolved and my latest experience has been positive, I have decided to give goLance another chance and continue using the platform for now. I hope future withdrawals will be just as smooth.
