Jerome, the consultant, was very easy to talk with. He was thorough and continually confirmed I understood what was offered, coverage and details of the proposed policy and options available. He maintained security procedures in our initial conversation and today's also. He was polite, personable and genuine. I spoke to a young man called Coen
I spoke to a young man called Coen. He had given me some quotes but I wasn’t ready to go ahead at that stage and asked him to call back. He did so. He was helpful, answered any questions I had and was never pushy. He spoke very kindly which I appreciated being a little older. I’d recommend Coen to call for help with your insurance. Thanks Golden for having such nice staff to deal with. It makes a difference.
