I withdrawal a couple times , mostly u get in the same day, the chat service is not a bot and they help your questions, for my experience is golden panda very trustfull and helpfull with much game options missions and good cashbacks every monday if u not in profit

They don't have any self serve responsible gaming options like limits or breaks. They want to verify my i.d. just to close my account. It's ridiculous and they have games on the site that I can't actually play because of my location.

Quick pay and good service , i was sceptic bevause of the negative reviews but i been playing for a while and i never had any problems

After some emails back and forward, and a first coment here at the trustpilot, they have payd minus 5 € the total amount I requested to withdraw. It took a long time, but at the end they've paid 3300€.

They stole 1200 euro from me that I putt in they locket the account and turminated my disposit

We’ve had to ask a third party for help in the case against Golden Panda after they locked my account and refused to pay out my winnings. They give no explanation at all for their actions, and they won’t respond to the third party’s messages trying to help us with this.

So stay far away from Golden Panda Casino—they’ll just rip you off, just like they’ve done to many others.

I have coktacted lawers and ARN sweden they say this is illegal and they will help me butt should not have tp come to this!

This website is perhaps the most questionable gambling website I've ever spent money on.

When I registered, I was given a €200 bonus on top of my €100 deposit. I used the bonus money to make a profit of €800 and another €770. At the end of the story, when I tried to cash out, they took all the money from my account. They even canceled an outstanding bet of €300 and took that money also out the account. They claimed I'd gone over the €5 limit during the bonus. This is completely untrue, and I would not advise anyone to join this website. What's happening there is truly unfair.

I will definitely not remove this review until this issue is resolved.

Today, I received an email from your team asking for my email address, even though I have already provided both the old and the new email addresses in previous correspondence.

To clarify:
My old email address which I can no longer access because my phone was stolen.
My new email adresse is sendet to you already. You have the Information.

This new email was deactivated by your system, and despite this, I have still not received my payment of €4051, which is rightfully owed to me.

I have contacted you multiple times via email and live chat. Each time, I am told that there is no account associated with my email. However, I have clear documentation showing that I did, in fact, have an account with you.

Yesterday, I was informed that my account will remain closed. However, I have still not received any information about what will happen to the amount of €4051.
In the live chat, I am told that there is no account or never was one associated with the email I provided.
I have sent several more emails and requests. I would like to point out that before my account was closed, you paid me only €4000 out of the total of €8051. I was unable to withdraw the remaining amount of €4051 because you closed my account.
Please transfer my remaining funds to the bank account I provided via email.

I do not understand why my payment has not been processed. What is the reason for this delay?

On Trustpilot, I was promised that my case would be resolved and that the payment would be made as soon as possible. What happened to those promises?

I kindly request that you transfer the amount of €4051 to me without further delay. I am entitled to this payment.

I’ve had some decent wins here and the interface is easy to use. Would be 5 stars if the withdrawals were faster.

It’s okay but I’m not super impressed. Had some fun but the cashback wasn’t as much as I expected. Could be better with more perks for regulars.
