My first order
My first order, and I was very impressed. They kept me informed via email, and I received a text message on the day of delivery. My agapanthus was packed well, and looked really healthy. Excellent service from start to finish.

Such a shame!
My plants arrived a little bit battered but after a good drink and some tweaking are now OK.The problem was with the delivery,the courier said TWICE,that I wasn’t in despite looking out for them both times!,,Eventually,my plants did arrive but I suspect they had been in the packaging for at least a week!Thankfully the seller was polite and helpful,but instances like this don’t reflect well.

Fantastic Service and Great Plants
I ordered 2 peonies. Unfortunately the first parcel arrived damaged. Golden Valley were quick to respond to my email letting them know. They arranged for the entire order to be redelivered. The replacement plants were perfect and received very quickly. I really appreciate how quickly they dealt with my concerns and replaced the entire order. Would happily shop again with complete confidence in their service and the quality of their plants.
