So Quick and Quality
They work so fast and ship fast also. Great quality and fair prices. So glad I found them…most of the other printing sites are all one company under different names and the wait times are long. Glad gold image uses UPS too as they’re much more reliable in our area than FedEx.

Print came out great!
Print came out great! Color was perfect as well as the quality. I wanted a custom design for the backdrop of my 40 gal tank so I drew one up set to the size specifications. I’ll definitely order again when it’s time to increase the size.

Consistent high quality
I appreciate the personal attention to my orders and questions. The color and crispness of my prints is wonderful. Sizing and cardstock weights spot on. I can count on all of these being consistent from order to order. I previously used a big name printer's corporate program where nothing was consistent and errors were frequent.

Incredibly helpful staff
super helpful on the phone. I needed several prints to be made for the next day and the employee I talked to told me exactly what needed to happen for my prints to be done on time and that is exactly what happened. When I came to pick up my prints, the staff answered all my questions about the best way to transport and mount my prints and gave me a buch of great suggestions for next time. This is the second time I have worked with the Gold Image team, and I will absolutely be coming back.

Fast service, excellent customer service!+

Use this company
Use this company! We had a problem with our new sign being damaged during shipping. This happens and is not Gold Image Printing’s fault. How they addresses it is what is in their control. They immediately reprinted and shipped our $600 order based on my word. I sent them pictures for UPS and they delt with that end as well. The reprint came in good shape and looks exactly how we requested. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and would definitely use them again. Highly impressed!
