The instructor was very knowledgeable in this field and though the class is very fast paced, he would pause long enough to respond for clarification questions.
I feel I have a better grasp for what the exam will entail, but will need many additional hours first with the study material furnished.

Comprehensive, Clear, and Fun
There was a great deal of information in this training, but Stephen Mercer, the instructor, was well versed in the information for the position and for the exam. He was able to give clear, real-world examples to help illustrate the concepts and bring history to life. It was fun as well as instructive. I feel ready to register for the PMP test and pass.

We're glad to hear that you found the course useful in learning PMP concepts. We understand that the PMP exam covers a significant amount of material, and it can be challenging to absorb everything within a condensed training format.
Our goal is to provide a strong foundation, clarify key concepts, and help participants understand the structure and expectations of the exam. The course materials and additional study resources are designed to support continued preparation after the training.
We appreciate your honest feedback and wish you success as you continue your PMP exam preparation.

Lots of material - lots of memorization
Lots of material that covers lots of different Project Management projects and use cases. Great content. Great professor.
My only critique is that the session only taught material to take the test. I did not feel like the session helped me actually learn and implement these techniques and strategies that would help me in my career, just memorization and material overload.

We're pleased to hear that you found the content valuable and enjoyed the instruction. We also appreciate your thoughtful comments regarding the pace and focus of the course.
As a PMP exam preparation program, the training is designed primarily to help participants understand the concepts, terminology, and exam framework covered by the certification. We recognize that there is a difference between preparing for an exam and developing hands-on experience applying project management practices in the workplace.
Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue looking for ways to incorporate practical examples and real-world applications alongside exam preparation content. Thank you for sharing your perspective and helping us improve the learning experience.
We wish you the very best in your professional and certification journey.

Overall
Overall, the training experience was good and informative. However, I felt that some students were given more time to discuss and ask questions than others. When I had the opportunity to explain the scope of my project and ask additional questions, I was told that the discussion should not take too long.
Because of this, I felt that I did not have a fair opportunity to fully express my thoughts and receive the same level of discussion as others in the class. I believe a more balanced approach to participation and discussion time would improve the overall learning experience for everyone. I enjoy the class

I had a great experience with Gold Standard Certifications throughout my PMP journey.
Originally, I had enrolled for the PMI-ACP course, but after the class was unexpectedly postponed, the team worked with me to find alternative options and even provided complimentary learning resources and access to additional training sessions. Their communication and professionalism throughout the process were excellent.
I ultimately attended their PMP workshop, used their training materials and practice exams, and successfully passed my PMI PMP certification exam. David Marcus and the team were always responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in student success.
I highly recommend Gold Standard Certifications to anyone pursuing PMP, Agile, Risk, or other project management certifications.
