Roger is very knowledgeable about Powakaddy products and provided great advice on which electric trolley and accessories to buy. He is very responsive to queries and sourced exactly what I wanted very quickly. He is also helping me to sell my old trolley.

Previously he helped me to resolve a problem with with my old Motocaddy trolley.

Completely jammed on wheel on my Motocaddy trolley. Roger was quick to reply to messages and had it fixed and functional in days. He also ground down the axel a little to smooth it out as (probably) some grit had worn it down unevenly causing the wheel jam. Great work, really pleased with the result. The price charged was very reasonable - IMHO you are undercharging. Very grateful for the speed, care and knowledge.

Dropped trolly off on Monday collected Friday . All damaged parts replaced . Fantastic service . Would recommend this service. Very helpful explaining what was needed to be replaced and all under warranty. So no charge .
