First delivery sent to wrong address…
First delivery sent to wrong address and then sent back so re ordered which then they sent the wrong golf club so sent that back and then failed to tell me that it was out of stock

We are really sorry to hear that you have been dissatisfied with your experience with Golfstar Direct.
I can absolutely appreciate your disappointment with the initial delivery issue. On our part, the parcel was dispatched in good time and sent to the delivery address originally provided. Once the delivery had failed, we promptly arranged for the order to be resent to the updated address. Given the circumstances, I believe we acted as efficiently as we reasonably could to resolve the delivery issue.
With regard to the incorrect item being received, as discussed in our previous emails, I sincerely apologise for the issue. The product listing was incorrect, and we completely accept that this was a mistake on our part and not something you should have had to deal with.
As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, we took steps to resolve it as promptly as possible. I appreciate your disappointment that the desired product was subsequently found to be out of stock. What we always aim to do is ensure that when an issue does arise, we resolve it as efficiently as possible and minimise any further inconvenience to the customer.
In this instance, I am satisfied that we acted promptly and did everything reasonably possible to resolve the situation.
That said, we absolutely take your feedback on board, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We will use your comments to review where we can improve our service going forward.
