Although the customer service was decent...
Although the customer service was acceptable, I don't like the way this company does business. I ordered 4 trophies of the same size. The trophies were slightly taller, so there was a $25 additional charge for each. Fine. When I received the trophies, the company had sent me three of the taller trophies, and one trophy that was the small version - they actually charged me for the larger version anyway. They had to know they were sending me one version that was not the proper size, because they were all in the same box. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. I find these type of business practices particularly sleazy. Not recommended.

Réponse de Golf Trophies and More...
Mo I apologize for the error of the wrong size trophy being sent and please know this is not our normal business practice. I have just emailed you with specifics for resolving this issue to get the correct size trophy to you.

Excellent Experience
Ordered the Decanters with a custom logo. They turned around the logo quickly and they accommodated some small changes, processed it quickly and shipped timely. The product turned out great! One of the decanters arrived broken, and they quickly turned another one around and expedited delivery to ensure it was available for me when it was needed. Great experience, will definitely use again.

It was a good experience
It was a good experience, but I have left messages on the customer service phone number and no one calls back. Don’t ask for Jane and number if you do not intend on returning the call.

An alternative would have been to ask me if I validated the initial/final text.
