Golf Trophies and More... Avis

Thank you for a wonderful and quick job. Exceeds our wishes. This golf trophy will be seen by over 100 people when presented and they will be greatly impressed.

They did what they said they would do. They even went a step ahead and made some changes that needed to be made. They had tried to email me but my phone was down so they just made the call to go on and make the change i'm proud to say this is where I will buy form now on.

Pastor Roland.

Mercer was very helpful in working with me to design hat clip ball marker for the girls in a tournament I was organizing. The girls loved the ball markers and they were fabricated and shipped incredibly quickly. Well Done!

Recently ordered glass globe trophies. Nice product, good quality.
Shipping was very prompt. Very pleased!

Was absolutely thrilled with my product! Not only that, but the shipping time may have been even better. Their customer service is number 1 compared to every other business I know!

I ordered four golf trophies and the customer representative was engaged with me from day - I sent a logo in that had to be converted to an EPI file and I gave them the creativeness to revise the logo and they got it right the first time. I plan to order more trophies from them in the near future. I strongly recommend that you use them for all of your trophy and engraving projects.

It is a little confusing on the website as to when you put in your personalization information. I had to call the number to find out how that worked. Apparently, you send a email after submitting the order. It might be a good idea to have that information on before submitting, so the customer can see his or her personalization.

I ordered custom ball markers with my own logo and they did an awesome job! Shipped fast, logo looked great, and they were quality ball markers (not the cheap plastic ones). Thank you very much! Happy customer

It was a pleasure doing business with Mercer and Elizabeth. They were responsive, helpful and timely in their communications, and the finished products were excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for customized golf accessories.

This is the second year that I have ordered golf trophies from this company for our outing. They are reasonably priced and their service is outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Prompt service used in the past and they do excellent work

Golf Trophies made the whole process extremely easy. I sent them the details of what I wanted and they responded very quickly. It was even on a Sunday. They made sure what I wanted was perfect and then shipped ahead of when the promised. I will be sure to use them again and refer all my friends to use this company.

Placed an order for two trophies for a last minute wknd golf trip. Great customer service; worked with me to get it shipped to where we were staying in 3 days.
Trophies showed up the last day we were there, perfect timing, and they looked great. Everyone was very happy with them.

I recently ordered a "large" size clock trophy. I received an email informing me that the only size available was the small. I accepted the small (which is a very good size) and they adjusted the pricing. They then sent me a proof of the lettering which was not exactly what I wanted. I requested changes and they made them accurately and sent me another proof. All communication (email) was pleasant and prompt. The final product and lettering quality was excellent. The turnaround time was very quick.

Easy interaction, great product.

I needed to find a new source of trophies for my annual military reunion golf outing, and found this one was very reasonable, fast, and quality products.

I had my first annual golf tournament last year and was a little skeptical about where to get trophies. They were excellent and got me what I wanted and was quick in doing so! I am about to put my order in for this year's tournament!

I had the seen the fairway golf whiskey decanter on another site and it was out of stock I searched the web and found your company. I was glad to find it on your site and your salesperson was so courteous and helpful in figuring out how to receive it before Christmas

I needed my items in a short amount of time. Staff were friendly, responsive and communicative. It was my first time purchasing and will do again! Thank you so much!
