Absolute scam casino. I spent over $380 on this website, and after I tried to redeem my winnings, they sent me a message stating, “your redemption was cancelled cause of your fraud” Those were their exact words, not even grammatically correct, and they provided no actual explanation or proof.

What makes it even worse is they did not return the redeemed funds back to my account. They simply kept the money altogether. After contacting support about the issue, they blocked me from speaking to support through my account and eventually banned me completely.

Thankfully, after explaining the situation to my bank and providing evidence, they reviewed the case and refunded my money.

Brand new customer, deposited $575. Went to redeem $540 and my account was blocked for unusual behavior without any explanation. Customer service said I would be issued a refund after an investigation. I still have not received a refund. I will issue chargebacks and file for arbitration if they do not give me my money back. This site is a scam be careful. I am also posting here hoping to get a response from them so I can send an email and truly see if they will follow up in 48 hours with a resolution. This is my good faith effort to resolve my dispute before taking this all the way. Please be aware that consumer arbitration costs the consumer only $250 but the company pays $1000s in fees and costs. It is in your best interest to resolve this matter asap.
