This has undeniably helped clear…

This has undeniably helped clear synuses -and serendipitously improved my hearing! There have been some days when my nose seems to run a lot, but without the ‘feeling lousy’ . Not sure exactly how it works, but it clearly does

Goodair nosebuds work very well for me

Goodair nosebuds work very well for my constantly congested nose, which is due to narrow nasal and sinus tubes (as discovered by ENT specialist’s scan) combined with allergic rhinitis.
I bought a pair in early February, using them 20 minutes two or three times a day for four weeks. I could breathe a little through my nose after three days, then pretty much full time after four weeks.
Then the nosebuds started to rattle and became harder to turn on and off: they were obviously faulty and were not going to last - though my breathing was still far and away much better.
I put them on the bedside table, and meant to return them to Goodair to swap for a well-working set of buds.

Unfortunately the cat was in the room when I left. He had become obsessed by my “purring” with the nosebuds, and is not above stealing things he sees as treasure. My beloved and I could not find the nosebuds anywhere - and we strongly suspect he took them to a hiding place!

After five days my nose was blocked, just like the pre-Goodair days of constant fatigue, antihistamines, rebound congestion, constantly looking for a solution, and looming sinus infections.
So I cracked and bought another pair: six days in and my nose is clearing again; it will take a bit longer. I sleep much better with fewer wake-ups. My breathing is returning to the nose, allergy subsiding, I feel more alert and positive.

I am not expecting a miracle cure, but at its best 90% of my symptoms were alleviated - and that’s a result I never expected and could not achieve any other way.
I hope that in time I can abandon antihistamines and all the side-effects entirely.

The nosebuds will work for some people - but keep an eye on your cat 😂

These Nose buds are 100% worth investing in!

These Nose buds are incredible! Without being able to try before you buy. I was quite nervous but took a leap of faith... they are everything they claim to be. I've been taking antihistamines for a few years and was able to stop them. I also used a nettipot and no longer need to. They also help with being conscious with your breathing when you use them. I recommend them 100%

Company was fantastic to deal with

Company was fantastic to deal with, product is great and gave some relief for a much larger condition which is now being treated appropriately but this definitely helped feel some relief in the interim.

Great Invention

I have had my nosebuds for some time and have found that I am breathing through my nose a lot better. Before I was predominantly breathing through my mouth. The on negative I have is that even the smallest fitting is difficult to fit into my nasal cavities so can feel a little uncomfortable.

The nosebuds are superb

The nosebuds are sturdy, easy to use and clean, and most importantly, very effective. The service and communication from the Goodair team is clear, responsive and rapid. Recommend these to anyone looking for help in managing nasal allergies

"no-hassle money back guarantee" is deceptive and misleading

I hoped the Goodair nosebuds would improve my health, but they were not effective for me. I was then diagnosed with sleep apnea, and I don't expect the nosebuds could treat that.

In early January 2026 I returned the nosebuds and asked for a refund under their "no-hassle money back guarantee."

Their response was a big hassle and not acceptable. They deducted $30.90 from $220 purchase price, the costs of the "free" tote bag and "free" shipping, so only some "money back". I was already returning the nosebuds before there was any mention of deductions from the purchase price. Nothing on their website. Their emails were not consistent, at first showing a full refund, then later only a part-refund. I would have accepted a reasonable return shipping cost of say $10, but these deductions were unreasonable in my opinion.
I emailed the chief executive in January and we exchanged several emails with respectful and robust discussion. I specifically quoted their “guarantee” and asked for a full refund which was explicitly and repeatedly refused.

After I posted this review the Goodair response in mid-March was to say they read their own “guarantee”, as if for the first time, and to act surprised. But I suggest they are only paying attention now because of my negative review.
They clam to have refunded me the $30.90 they deducted, but I have not received that payment. Another false claim. They have not emailed me directly about this, no contact, no apology.

I usually don’t give negative reviews. I made an exception for Goodair because I felt ripped off by them, and still do. I bought their product in good faith and after an unsuccessful trial, I asked them to honour their money back guarantee, which they refused to do, and still have.

The product may be OK for some.
Their "money back guarantee" was misleading and deceptive.
I could not recommend this business to anyone.

We read your review, pulled up our guarantee page, and you're right. It promises a refund, full stop. So we're not going to try and convince you the policy makes sense, because it didn't. Fair enough.

They're easy to use

They're easy to use, and have helped with allergies and blocked sinuses that I've had most of my life.
I use them when reading in bed, propped up with pillows.
Love the fact that they're natural

Finally some relief for my nasal congestion…

I have had chronic nasal congestion for years, and waking up several times a night unable to breath due to blocked nasal passages. ( not sleep apnea). Nasal drops never gave relief. So I purchased my nosebuds optimistically hopeful. I have been amazed at finally having relief ( 80% better than it was). I now sleep for longer spells during the night and husband says I dont make gasping noises in my sleep that used to wake me up. So he and I both sleep better. Sadly one of my nasal passages is still partially blocked although it is way better than it was. But I am very happy with my purchase.

Nosebuds a Long-Term Winner

I live in a high wind area and with the winds come pollens and debris that cause nasal distress. My investment in Goodair Nosebuds was powered by a desperate need to find a solution to frequent streaming nose days.
At 89 years of age I have learned the lesson of perseverance and this served me well as I have old fingers and no intuitive mechanical sense. But I stuck with it and now after some months my morning and evening use of the Nosebuds gives me a much higher level of breathing comfort, my constant sore throats from mucus irritation have entirely ceased and I enjoy the satisfaction that this has been accomplished without drugs.
I have found wearing the Nosebuds during my two daily meditation times works very well and through trial and error finding that little pressure point to turn them on and off has become easy.
No they weren't a quick fix but they seem likely to be a life-long one without the effects of drugs.
A well worth-while investment.

A better alternative to CPAP …

This is more cost-effective and better alternative to cumbersome CPAP users. It is convenient to use and also easy to bring when you travel! No more nasal rinses, it helps you regulate your breathing. Bonus of sorting your husband's snoring so both of you get a better quality of sleep:-)

Easy to use and good for congestion

The nosebuds work well and are easy to use.
I have already had sinus surgery so congestion isnt a big issue for me any more but I was hoping they would help with ongoing sinus pain and general allergy symptoms.
They do definitely help you breathe clearer so would be good if congestion is a big problem for you, but didnt find them overly helpful for my other symptoms.

Nosebuds seemed to be working but charger failed.

The Nosebuds appeared to be having an impact on our nasal breathing and sleep but then the charger failed after 3 weeks of use. The Nosebuds were returned and we were expecting a replacement but was refunded instead. Would like to continue using them but our confidence with the product has taken a bit of a knock. We are hoping that Goodair Nosebuds are taking a look at the charging issue and perhaps we will wait for version 2 to be released.

Good news on that front. Our engineering team identified a defect in a small batch of chargers and we're happy to say it's been fully resolved. You were unlucky enough to get one of the affected units, and we're sorry about that.

I must give credit where credit is due. They have replaced without hesitation.

This is my third set in less than 9 months. They seem to work when they are not malfunctioning.

Stopped working after three days, wobbly CGA response (UPDATED!)

Stopped working after three days, and while company was initially responsive and easy to deal with, because I purchased from NZ Online Pharmacy I was batted away to them, or had to pay $26 for a GCA claim. Not sure that is how that is supposed to work. When I responded with Qs and thoughts about that surprising fee, I've had radio silence from Goodair (and NZ Online Pharmacy). What should have been the focus of this review, they did seem to work (early days) before failing. But $200 down for bricked bit of plastic. Hoping to be able to update with a happier conclusion!

*UPDATE*

These guys landed the plane, updated from one to four stars. A bit of a flap, but I think the same people wanting to support design and research-led innovation will be tolerant of a few user experience wobbles at start-up. Product is solid as part of a mix of treatments, and recommend it.
