Love the product!!!!
Love the product! We had 21 people at the lake for ten days. the Muck mat was a huge hit with all who entered the water. We will be purchasing at least one more.

Hello Robert, I am super sorry about the box being destroyed on delivery. Unfortunately, that is out of our control and the fault of UPS. However, let us know if there is anything missing and we will ship the parts express.
For why the two MuckMats did not arrive in the same box, due to the large size of the product, we have to ship them out individually. I emailed you the tracking number of the second package.

Hello Terri, the MuckMat takes time to settle to the bottom and will have air pockets below it if there is a lot of organic material decomposing below it. Also, make sure you are not over a natural spring, otherwise, you will need to cut more pockets in the fabric to have the mat settle. But seeing you just got your MuckMat recently, give it a month to settle on the lake bottom. It takes time to kill off the organic material below it. Leave it in during winter as the summer season is, unfortunately, coming to an end, and you will have a perfectly flat area to swim across come spring next year.

Our lake shore is usable with Muck Mat
Muck Mat has made our lake shore usable. Without it we were up to our knees in muck and could barely walk through it. Muck Mat allows us to walk in the lake without sinking plus it eliminated all the weeds! We turned our nasty lake shore into a beautiful beach we can actually use.

These products are fantastic!
These products are fantastic - we have two Muck Mats and a Lake Mat - and if I could show a picture, I would! The mats are easy to put together, and light-weight enough to install. We were impressed with the engineering - it's early days, but they definitely covered a lot of weeds quickly. Interested to see how the Lake Mat moves around the bay - but highly recommend the product for anyone looking to get rid of weeds, or put a mat down overtop some muck!
