Good Comfort was inspired by our personal journey and experience with homecare, where we witnessed an outdated and flawed system. Determined to make a difference, we set out to create a homecare company that recognizes the importance of providing a more compassionate, empathetic, and smarter approach to care. At Good Comfort, we are Care Partners, with a singular focus on providing the level of care that people deserve and expect – care that comes with peace of mind. Our approach is centered around building strong, supportive, and transparent relationships with our clients and their families. We understand that every individual has unique needs and preferences, and we work tirelessly to deliver compassionate, dignified care that is tailored to meet those needs. A People-First Company with Heart and Vision

Good Comfort Homecare is a relatively new company, but they’re clearly focused on building something meaningful. As a digital vendor supporting their web development and strategy, we've observed a genuine desire to improve and refine both their services and their presence in the community.

Marcel has been a pleasure to work with approachable, compassionate, and open to ideas. There’s a clear sense of care not only in how they aim to support clients, but also in how they collaborate with partners.

It’s encouraging to see a team so dedicated to learning and evolving. We look forward to seeing their continued growth and positive impact.

Companions thats it

Do not recommend. Company is money not people focussed. They promise follow up and communication and none are delivered. The owner is delusional about the quality of the service he is providing as he doesn’t monitor his employees.

He says no minimum hours but when I asked to reduce the hours and brought up concerns he dropped us as clients with cero notice regardless that he has already committed to medical appointments, terminal cancer management to help with pain. Cero customer service skills. Keep looking is my opinion.

At Good Comfort, we go to the ends of the earth to provide exceptional care for our clients and families across Southern Ontario. However, when a client cannot be satisfied no matter what we do, harasses ownership, and questions our employees' integrity, we have no choice but to part ways.

Paula, it's unfortunate that we had to let you go as a client, and it's disappointing that you cannot understand that no company, no matter how hard they try, will ever be able to meet your unreasonable demands. When you came to us, you mentioned that you had tried several care companies and were not satisfied with any of them.

We made extraordinary efforts to accommodate your needs, including hiring a Spanish-speaking PSW, providing regular updates on your uncle’s well-being, driving and accompanying him to his appointments, and ensuring he received the best care possible. Despite all this, you could not see the dedication and care we provided and chose to undermine the integrity of our team and harass ownership.

We wish you and your uncle all the best in finding the care you need.

Cheery, incredibly polite, efficient, and TOTALLY cleaned area where grab bar was installed. (That is a first in my book)
