Good Dog Avis 

Good dog does not tell you how much they're going to charge you for a processing fee. In my opinion they charge way to much. They add 40+ to my deposit then almost 300 for the final payment. If there is a way to opt out of their fees like they say. It is fairly well hidden.

From searching on Good Dog, to interfacing with Fred's breeder - Rita, everything was great a very non-stressful interaction.

Rita was great to work with, my location was Sparks, Nv and Her's was Klamath Falls, Or . She sent me videos so I could see more of Fred (Shit Zu dog's name). was willing to hold him for me so I could make the trip to her location. Was not disappointed when I seen him. A cute and welcome dog to our family!!

GoodDog claims to be a source to find ethical breeders, but they allow breeders who breed for mixed breeds to be on their site, along with the fact they dont even require people to do OFA health testing to advertise their dogs on their site. More then half of the breeders on there are puppy mills and backyard breeders. People should be held responsible to OFA health test dogs and prove them via doing sports or showing. Any pretty words wrapped in a nice bow means nothing without those actions being taken.

EDIT: I saw they replied but honestly did not bother to see what they said because im sure its the same thrown up pretty words they have used before. I am not interested in hearing anymore and not interested in their lies either. A few minutes after I posted this review, I went back on their site and looked at 10 different breeders of 10 different breeds, and I still saw vast majority being backyard breeders. Their claims there arent any backyard breeders/unethical breeders on their site is a complete lie. Until the day I see ALL breeders have done ALL OFA testing and prove they show their dogs or do confirmation or sports? they are just as unethical as the breeders they allow on their site and I will continue to wave the red flag for them.

Was a great way to connect with breeders outside of my living area. Process was smooth. Only issue was upon purchase, there was an additional Good Dog fee I had not been notified of by Good Dog.

Good dog was very easy to use and Angie with Angies’s golden doodles was very easy to work with . We love our new puppy already.

I posted my pups at 3 different website, I only sold one of my pups from Lancaster website, all my other pups found there forever homes from gooddog posting. Im very thankful for gooddog website.

Working with Good Dog was a Good Experience. It was simple and straightforward. They put us in touch with our breeder, and it was easy to use Good Dog to communicate back and forth until we were able to arrange pickup. I've only worked with two breeders on Good Dog, but they are both fantastic breeders and humans. It gives me confidence Good Dog is here for the right reasons and to help ensure we don't have unqualified breeders or puppy mills.

GoodDog through their marketing and advertising, has allowed me to spend more time with my family and puppies, which is priceless. I’ve had families visit my website or social media first and then go to GoodDog, feeling more comfortable making a payment through their platform. GoodDog protects both families and breeders. Prior to GoodDog I partnered with another company, even though I wasn’t charged anything, my families were paying double, more like an online pet store. It was very simple. I got connected to Bourbon Country Retrievers and Deuce & Jackie were absolutely wonderful. I got the sweetest pup! They were so informative and organized it made the experience wonderful.

I haven't received my puppy yet, but from my communications with the breeder, I feel confident they are reputable and are breeding healthy puppies for love of the breed and not for profit.
Carollee is very nice, a rare combination of a people-person and a dog-person. And she is very patient with me because I'm always asking for pictures!
When or if I need another Cavalier (a little companion for mine) I will go to nobody else but her.

I love working with Good Dog. It gives my puppies much more access to loving homes.

The company is doing a fantastic job with getting and screening their puppies and breeders. You do a wonderful job with making sure the breeder and pet parent runs easily and smoothly. A better relationship comes with smooth communication and healthy transitions for all involved

We had a wonderful breeder who gave us updates weekly and answered every question we had along the way. She hand delivered our beautiful boy to us and gave us all his medical paperwork along with a bag of gifts for him upon his delivery. We couldn't be happier.

GoodDog has sent some of the best families our way who have purchased our puppies and we feel so confident that these families will enjoy our puppies for their entire life.

I don't really like them charging a money protection fee, it sounds like the mafia. Most people are not interested in paying through good dog because it costs too much. People are already paying a hefty price to get a well bred dog. Thats where people look so that is where I post.
