Bought the supports several years ago. The supports make all of the difference in terms of knee and hip comfort and being able to remain active. Everyone takes time to understand any concerns when I have come in for replacements. Most recently, Jennifer helped me with different options to understand which replacement would work best for me. And replacements are no charge! Jennifer was great! Everyone is great. Highly recommend if you have knee, joint or hip pain.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy online. Would recommend an appointment because many people need help with their feet nowadays.
Zach Caldwell was the person who helped me with my shoe inserts. He took his time to make sure we got what I needed. 1,5 hr.
Love that they offer HSA/FSA options.
Now we just need to see how well inserts just work over time with work and reffing soccer.
Highly recommend you check this place out for help with your feet.

The first time we came into this store it was horrible customer service
We were told that there wear new employees and they had been retrained
Zach Caldwell was excellent, he listened and was able to solve my husband problem in a short time
