Honey cashews rancid and mouldy! Spent almost £35 on products. Contacted admin, was asked to send photos of products and box they were delivered in, (fortunately recycling hadn’t been collected!) and no response thereafter. It’s been over a week since I sent everything off, I’m just waiting to seen what happens next, but I’m not holding my breath. I’ve contacted my bank to see if I can at least get some money back, until then, I’m having to keep hold of these disgusting products!

Ordered nuts costing £31-55 still waiting for them keep sending messages no response I believe they gone walk abouts with delivery driver. NOT HAPPY

Writing a review before I’ve even received the product. Ordered on the 18 Aug, confirmed on 19 Aug. Messaged on 24 Aug, to see why it hadn’t been dispatched. Got a reply on the 25 Aug saying they needed time to work out where it was. It’s now the 26 Aug and I’m none the wiser! I absolutely won’t be using again, I’m not convinced that I’m going to get this order!!

What an awful company. False advertising from the very beginning. 2 to 3 day is the delivery time. Ordered for a family event and no delivery. Day 4 I contacted them, fobbed off with a technical issue with courier. Passing the buck. Still nothing delivered and now on day 9 from order point. I e mailed again and requested a full refund, been totally ignored. I hope this company goes bust. WORST SERVICE EVER

Absolutly shocking company. customer service does not exist. Order not received. Sent many emails NO RESPONCE! the day they claimed to deliver never arrived, my home has someone in 24/7 because my husband has dementia, we have 2 dogs that bark at the dropping of a pin, my windows where all open and we have cameras all around out property, i reported all this to them and guess what they said... NOTHING!!!

Spent nearly £50 as a gift for my aunt. The box arrived battered, which affected some items inside. Nuts tasted old and the one that were meant to have flavour had none. Eg the salt and vinegar.
Sent an email. Eventually replied to say they would look into it. I followed up again, still not further forward.

Wanted to support a small business but the larger supermarkets will get my money from now on. A few things were edible the rest disgusting.

Terrible customer service. Terrible packaging. Waste of money.

I have been waiting for a refund for undelivered goods for over 8 weeks. They are now completely ignoring my emails. I kept getting fobbed off, now nothing. A scam company selling off musty and poorly stored items.

So called Customer Service + TOTAL RUBBISH- they just ignore communications, no response to any queries, I am still waiting TWO months or more for my order. ALL FULLY PAID' . Will we get a response to this message. Of course not.

Baklava received, completely dry and tasteless, no solution from customer services.

This company has delivered an appalling service to its customers. It’s now been two weeks and I don’t have my parcel, when I request information I’m given a template ‘I’m passing you onto this team’ ‘I’m passing you onto my manager’ and then no follow up, just the same template email when I’ve tried to chase a resolution. I’m now having to go through the bank to get over £100 refunded because this company refuses to deliver the goods that have been ordered or give me a refund themselves.

Awful products. Nuts stale and "flavour" have no relation to what the packet says. Fruits not dried but almost crystalized with very high sugar addition - no sign of being dried. Rice crackers edible but lacking taste. There is nothing good about these products, they are aimed (apparently) at a healthy diet and miss it by miles. You cannot trust what you order - just don't.

Delivered really quickly, everything was really nice and loved the large selection. The dried kiwi and melon were my favourite

Only fi e out of 15 items delivered were as ordered. So far have waited five weeks for a response from customer services.

Lovely snacks, the apple cinnamon is out of this world. The over use of sugar is unnecessary and spoils the quality of the product. Cashews also taste odd and below par. My last order had obviously just been thrown into a box because at least two of the bags had split open and spilled into the box. I wrote to this service concerning safe to eat/possible contamination (as nut products were strewn inside the box) and got no response or reply. This worries me for those with nut allergy’s quite frankly.

Great as long as you don't have a quality issue with your order.....potential contamination due to open packaging in order sent....3 months and counting for no resolution😡😡😡

Appears Facebook has now taken these scumbags down…good.the one star should be a set of handcuffs.

I ordered the 'Nuts & Dried Fruit Best Seller Bundle' and it did not contain all of the items as pictured, only a few of them. I ended up with multiple packets of cashews and almonds, I emailed them and received very little helpful response.
Will never be buying from them again.

If there is no star, I will not hesitate to rate no star since I have had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered dried fruits and paid on the 9th. January 26 with the hope to get the items before I left for Thailand on 17th. January because it’s said the delivery would take only a few days. They used Yodel delivery service which is the worst one I have ever experienced: not possible to reach, no progress in the tracking system. The good food delivered company itself seemed to be efficient when I first contacted them to ask for my parcel whereabouts. They just gave me the links and I had to follow up myself. When no progress until last week, I complained and asked for refund then they didn’t reply anymore. Finally, the parcel arrived today (Wednesday 28th. January). So DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY if you don’t wish to have similar experiences.

Such tasty snacks and a wide range of foods to choose from.

Opened day after delivery. Roasted peanuts were foul and rancid. Everything else was fine so far. Do I return package or get refund or replacement.
