Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Cost
I had high hopes when I signed up for GoodGrade.ai, but unfortunately, the service didn’t meet my expectations. The platform was not as helpful as advertised, and I found the overall experience frustrating.
After deciding to cancel my subscription, I requested a refund. While I’m still waiting to hear back from the team about my refund timeline, the lack of communication so far has been disappointing.
I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience. There’s a lot of room for improvement, especially in customer support and ensuring that users feel valued.
I really hope they improve their service for future customers.
