My item was delivered in a reasonable time although the external box was ripped, I suspect not the fault of the seller but the delivery company. Really pleased with my purchase.

Shocking
Shocking. Purchased on May 30th. It's now June 20th and I still haven't received a tracking number. No item. No customer service. Last email i received was on June 12th saying that I should get a tracking number within a few days but that didn't happen. Present was for my mum's birthday which has come and gone. EDIT: Reached out to Goodhood a week ago and still absolutely nothing.
Non-existent customer service.
Oh dear. Wish I’d read the reviews. Have bought before from them. But clearly when something goes wrong you have no recourse with Goodhood. 14 days since purchase. No responses from 4 or 5 emails to help or info. Or to Linkedin. No tracking, no nothing. Just they have my money and I have nothing. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Bought 3x items from Goodhood and paid £7 for DPD shipping. Only two items arrived with one ‘delayed’ which they emailed about. Okay, fair enough. But waited 4 weeks for the delayed item to arrive and still nothing. Had 1x item that I needed to return but was waiting on the final item to arrive before doing so (in case that didn’t fit). Emailed GH to make them aware of this and asked if they could extend the refund timeframe due to the delayed item.
Sent 4 emails and filled out the contact form on their website - but still no response from the store.
Only received a refund for the delayed item over a month after purchase because I raised a case with PayPal. Clearly someone is still doing the admin, they just pick and choose their priorities. A simple ‘acknowledgment’ email that is automatically sent is easy enough to set up. GH’s customer service doesn’t even have the fundamentals down.
Still have a pair of shoes that don’t fit me because the customer service has been so terrible, I genuinely don’t believe I would be refunded if I sent the shoes back.
Would never shop here again which is a shame as have been shopping GH for years and never had an issue in store.

First class service from a first class company. Great staff. Great products and genuinely go out of their way to help customers get the products which are highly sought after, absolute top tier company and highly recommend. Thank you on the Neon 95’s and Seoul 2 Jordan 3’s. A very happy customer
Issues with every purchase these days
I've been buying from Goodhood for YEARS, the last 3 orders have all had issues. 1 was a damaged/faulty item which I returned straight away yet they ignored my emails for over a month, didnt even confirm they'd recieved the item but I know they did due to tracking, then they randomly sent me a refund one day after I said I would file charges. The 2nd item I paid for and was expecting, was out of stock but they failed to tell me for over a week. The 3rd item they sent me a different item to the one I actually bought. Seriously confused, what is going on guys? It's a real shame because I love this store but I cant trust them with my money anymore. Would not recommend. Maybe buying in person is still okay but I'm not even sure I trust them now in terms of quality control and customer service.
Never had these issues in the past, I'm not sure what the issue is and I genuinely hope it gets resolved, because like I said this was my favourite store for so many years, but you cant treat loyal customers this way, I'm never even the type to leave bad reviews but this is not alright, especially when we're looking to purchase from goodhood for good quality, more expensive items.

I've been a loyal customer of Goodhood for over 15 years, but sadly I won’t be shopping here again. My wife ordered a mug which arrived cracked, and we’ve sent four emails to customer service with no response at all.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially after years of supporting the store. What’s more worrying is that it seems they are actively removing negative comments on Instagram—suggesting they know something is wrong but are choosing not to address it.
Goodhood used to stand for quality and care. I don’t know what’s changed, but the customer service is now nonexistent. Really disappointed.
Don't shop here - you'll regret it
Goodhood sent me the wrong item, didn’t answer a single e-mail about their mistake, and when I returned it, they deducted shipping costs from my refund.
Yep, they made the customer pay £15 for their mistake.
You might see some good reviews here – my first order was ok – but this store is a total nightmare to deal with when something goes wrong. They never answer e-mails or dm:s and you can’t phone them.
Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything online from them. It’s just not worth the hassle when there are so many other real stores around.

No returns for store purchases under any circumstances. You can only get store credit unless they agree an item is faulty.
I bought a present and it turned out the person I was giving it to already had it so took it back to the store to return it. I was quite surprised to learn that they do not offer returns at all, only store credit. The staff member dealing with my return was also the one who sold the item to me. He claimed he had told me as ‘he always does’ however, he did not. I would not have bought it had I know as I knew there could be a chance that it needed to be returned. The item is not unique to Goodhood so could have walked 10-15 minutes to another store and bought it at another shop. He said we had to agree to disagree. They had a small sign near the till I definitely missed which he moved in front of me to demonstrate their policy (no glasses on and dyslexic and the sign is not friendly for either). The policy on their website is very unclear on their no return policy which the staff member did admit to. All together a very disappointing costumer service.

I have noticed some mixed reviews of the site, but my personal experience is good.
I had a problem with getting the newsletter sign-up discount I emailed the contact page, received a reply, and a code the following day.
I made a recent order, and I received the order, which was packaged well, the day after the order.
Overall, I had a good experience.

I made an order on 3 December 2024 for a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. It was cancelled on 20th December. You can only imagine how this went down.
On 9 January 2025 I made another purchase to make up for the Christmas drama. But I received an email on 12 January saying that my order is delayed.
Now I'm a pretty understanding guy. But when I pay £6.95 (with no option to click and collect from the store) I expect the item to arrive at my door within 72 hours.
Its now 29th January, I have sent 3 emails to customer service with no response and have received nothing.
How has this happened to me twice?

Ordered something 15 days ago and haven't received it or any update on where the order is. Looks like they're struggling to ship products but I'd expect them to communicate where the order is at a minimum.
