I loved Good RX and always had great experiences with this company, until I signed up for their weightloss program. The initial contact is quick and responsive - but quickly goes downhill once they send your prescription into the pharmacy. CVS has questions and sent 3 requests for more information which they failed to supply. I sent requests for 4 days with no response at all. If you are serious about weightloss, this isnt the program for you. Avoid at all costs. The company you are dealing with is incompetent and amateurish and does not return any requests. I hope they can eventually turn this around.
Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. I was on the phone with them for 20 minutes, only for them to keep saying they would put me on hold for 2 minutes and do nothing to help with the problem. It was like talking to a wall. They have people from another country doing customer service who don't understand English clearly, and all they keep saying is, "I'll put you on hold for 2 minutes," and they do nothing to help. This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. I strongly urge you not to go with this company. And I know they're going to respond to this and say customer service is very important to us; please contact us. That's just their way to make it seem like they care, and they don't.
Waste of money if your trying the wegovy pill. I was approved fairly quickly and responses were prompt for the initial set up. they approved me for 1.5mg. which was in my eyes too low being that i stopped taking the shot at a higher dose and only stopped because i lost my insurance coverage. I asked to start at 4mg. and was told no. Then within 2 weeks i had reached out with concerns and questions and nothing. no response. I then called and left a message with a team member, nothing. till this day I still haven't gotten a call or email back. The amount of money you pay for these medications are high. The least they can do is respond especially when your paying for a membership fee aside from the medication itself.

Scheduled an appointment quickly but that's where the positive experience ended. My provider spent less than 5 mins chatting with me and ended the chat in the middle of our session before we could even agree on a treatment protocol. They said I could continue to message in the chat for a response, but after the provider ended our session it took them FIVE DAYS to get back to me, only for someone to message me with something completely irrelevant. Would not use this platform again. Better off with Amazon RX or literally any other provider.

Also, in my opinion Virtual GoodRX and GoodRX has been a truly delightful experience to use and very necessary in times of need. I’m currently between careers and have no insurance at the moment. If not for GoodRX times would be more tough than they are right now.

Good Rx is a Completely unreliable and disappointing
pharmacy to work with. You pay a monthly fee, but you as the patient, are entering and completing all the leg work and information required....henc,e what is the monthly fee accomplishing in my behalf? Their CONSTANT technical issues and call wait holds are extensive and my experience was completely unsatisfactory at EVERY LEVEL!! My suggestion, save yourself anyt time and money and deal with another discount pharmacy or go to a brick and mortar pharmacy!!

My experience with GoodRx customer service was completely unacceptable, and I will absolutely be taking this further.
The representative I spoke with was blatantly rude and unprofessional from the start. There was no attempt to listen, no effort to help just attitude. I reached out for simple assistance, and instead I was met with disrespect and a tone that made it clear I was being treated like an inconvenience.
Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a misunderstanding or a “bad day.” This was straight-up poor customer service. When someone is representing a company especially one connected to healthcare they should know how to speak to people with basic respect. That did not happen here.
Because of how I was treated, I immediately requested a refund. Not because the issue couldn’t be resolved, but because I refuse to continue doing business with a company that allows its representatives to speak to customers that way. No service is worth being disrespected over.
What’s even more concerning is that there seemed to be zero accountability. If this is how customers are regularly treated, that’s a serious problem and one that needs to be addressed at a higher level.
I will be reporting this experience through the appropriate channels, because no one should have to deal with that kind of behavior when they’re simply asking for help. Companies need to be held accountable for the way their employees treat people period.
Do better.

We signed up for auto-ship as soon as we created the account. Our medication was not shipped. I had to call in and request the refill and they had no clue why the medication did not ship. They did not over night the medication nor tell us it takes 2 weeks for delivery! It was ten days late and they blamed us. Told us that it takes two weeks for delivery and we didn’t place the order until the 1st. But what they did do was withdraw the monthly membership on time. They are a scammers and we will not be using their service again. I would rather pay full price than be without medication. This is a health hazard and they could care less! I’ll be sending the BBB a review as well.

Horrendous business and service. I signed up for a visit and gold membership, so that I could receive a same day prescription. They advertise that you will receive an online medical consultation and same day prescription. Not the case at all; that is completely FALSE. I signed up at 1:00 pm and they sent me messages in a chat that I was waiting for a visit. When I sent them messages, they never responded. I sat there all day waiting and never heard back. My DL and personal information was submitted to them, for that visit. I was charged for a Gold membership/visit. Fast forward to the next day and this morning, when I spoke to customer service and she said that she had no idea when the medical consultant in my area would be available and she told me that I was in a queue and that she could not tell when I would actually have the visit. This is by far one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a business, in my life. The fact that you would lie on your website and misrepresent the notion that you would merely sign up for a membership, get a visit that day and same day prescription and then never receive the visit, nor any messages, nor any information regarding what I PAID for is absolutely asinine. I also had to call and get them to remove my personal information as well and fill out a form online, because you know that it isn't actually going anywhere. I have not been to doctors in a really long time and I don't take medications, so the fact that I am in situation where I need something immediately and I trusted this online business is just what it is. But, anyone else that is in the same situation, be aware that they do not CARE at all.

I waited for md consult over 8 hours w out being seen / starting at 1:30 pm on a weekday until 10:30 pm when I gave up . No one was able to give me wait times or communicate w me beyond telling me to wait . The phone told me I was “in the cue” . That is a long time when you really need a md apt . I could have gone to in person care or been seen by any other platform in that time. Refund will be 10-15 days since they charged me at 1:35 .
