I ordered a WiFi camera from GoodFindStore back in May, and as of today, I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get an update or refund, and not a single person has bothered to respond. This kind of blatant disregard for customers is unacceptable. It’s one thing for an order to be delayed, but another for a company to completely ignore communication and take people’s money without delivering the product. This feels like a scam, and they should be shut down for this level of incompetence and neglect. Do not waste your time or money here. I wish I had read more reviews before trusting them with my purchase.

For return is impossible to get the money back, as they offer only gift voucher.
It’s low quality items, hence not happy to keep it. Now I have to pay for return and use the voucher for something I don’t want to buy from them

Didn't send me what was advertised instead sent me something I could have bought here for $13. Bad business

Been trying to get hold of fuc...s for ever but nothing. Stay away from this side!!!

Sedgwicks white goods store at Wellington Road, Rhyl, Denbighshire.
I purchased a gas cooker from this store and i can honestly say that service was excellent. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very nice the cooker was delivered the following morning, my old one was taken away (free of charge) and the new one fitted all the same day by a professional gas fitter. Extremely happy with the service provided and would definitely use them again.

I ordered a large shelf and never received it. I sent several emails to the address provided with no response. Totally ripped me off.

Never trust a store that hides paypal as a payment method then when you go to final payment , the paypal option ws there to start with then dissapeared. This made me suspicicious, I read reviews here and declined from the sale. (Goodprostore, bestobuy etc)

Definitely a scam paid for fridge freezer never received it luckily paid by credit card so will get refunded

Don’t even contemplate using this company they take your money then u have to raise a dispute with your bank
To get it back not worth the time or
Energy in considering buying from them

Same as everyone else. Bought an Essentials Fridge Freezer a month ago, and still hasn't arrived. Raised it this morning with my bank, who are going to credit me back.

Surely this is fraud?

As everyone on here has already stated, Stay away from these robbing c**ts. I was stupid enough to but an air fryer through Google shopping adverts thinking it was legit. Contacted my bank less than an hour ago and been refunded already while they are investigated for fraud.

Total scam, same experience as everyone else. Purchased an Airfryer - as I thought’! I stupidly believed in them and wanted to give them a chance. Numerous emails later still no contact other than an email blaming the delivery company. I’ve requested a refund to no avail. AVOID AT ALL COST 😡 thieves and fraudsters

My ninja air fryer actually turned up which I was shocked by based on the reviews.

I have been duped also! Like many other I assumed a google advert ensured it was a genuine site and ordered a Ninja air fryer. I too had a confirmation email of order and a link to the courier after supposed despatch but nothing arrived. Please Google and card service providers , have some diligence when allowing these scammers to advertise and receive payment services !

First of all I was stupid to buying something from the scammer without the checks of the site reviews. Secondly my story is the same as most of scammed people. I bought it Fridge and freezer plus one Blender with 3 in one its cost me £219 pound its totally gone because i paid from the prepaid bank card Revolt that is why i can't dispute with bank for charge back. Anyway please avoid these kind of scams website and reported before buying something from the scam business.

I ordered a Ninja Air Fryer on 11/04/23 and paid £159. Was supposed to be delivered on the 23/ 04/23. Nothing arrived and it was me messaging all the time. Said they will refund me fully. It is now in the hands of my bank. NEVER IN ANY WAY DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMING SO CALLED FIRM.

This is a FRAUDULENT business, please, please do not give them any money. You will order and then get an email with a link to the courier company, the link does not work. I have emailed several addresses I had for them, no response. I was promised a full refund due to the delay in delivery of my fridge, and 2 weeks later nothing has emerged so I have put in a fraud claim to Barclaycard. There is no phone number and even the website has gone. I think I'm pretty savvy when it comes to this sort of thing and even I got fooled. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!

Ordered a ninla air fryer on 20 April heared nothing. Reported them to my credit card and they issued a refund. AVOID THIS SITE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE DEALT WITH BY THE POLICE

no such company, they reply emails offering discount or refund, proper scammers , lucky paid by credit card as they reimburse £192 to me, fraud squad onto them
