I've been using them since they first popped up, I have been ordering the fiber 2 ounce cups for a couple of years. Last time I ordered the new cups had obviously been redesigned and the lids they sent did not fit. When I contacted them they thought I was just bored and looking for something to do. I sent them videos, photos of packages,ect, over a few weeks but they did not believe me. I had customers do videos, they still didn't budge. (WHY???) PLUS they told me that since I had opened the box they could not be returned. Anyway, found another company that sold the same product and they told me the cups AND lids had been redesigned so I bought the new lids from them and they fit great. (They did say they would refund me on one case but it never happened) Anyway, 10/10 would NOT recommend. Emotionally and financially exhausting.

If you want to purchase something from them, note that they really do not have a return policy and that's a lie!

I purchased 800 containers for my home kitchen business. When they arrived I noticed that Lids were not part of it; however, they had a container with a lid to promote that container.

I noticed that I missed reading the fine print that lids are not included so I read their return policy and saw that they have a warehouse 5 miles away. I emailed and ask if I can drop them there and they told me No and I should pay for the shipping fee.

I accepted to pay the shipping fee and again the gentleman who was helping me told me I also need to pay a 15% stocking fee that was not written on their website as part of their return process

I have ordered from this company several times now over the last few years. Every time I experience professional, caring and helpful service. I receive almost immediate responses to any questions and the orders are shipped immediately.

Thank you 1,000x ! The containers are packaged perfectly. I should’ve ordered the caps sooner, but they’ll be here tomorrow. I appreciate the shipping process and fast turnaround. Im a one man operation supplying herbal, protein, ( and now, cold pressed juices) and drinks. These containers give my operation uniformity and even legitimacy vs the dollar tree containers! Read the fine print before buying! The boxes weren't a bad price but the lids are sold separately for $55 dollars more! Not worth returning because they want you to pay shipping and a restocking fee. Plus no guarantee you'll get your money if something is deemed wrong with the packaging. Lesson learned. Only good note, ships fast.

I paid $0.50 a sample and $8.80 in shipping. So for just over $13, I received 7 bowls and 3 spoons to try. The items came in a reusable box, with compostible packing. I water (4 ounces) tested the bowls for 24 hours to make sure it could hold up with minimum absorbs, zero leakage and no wall damage... it did (lost half an ounce). They were shipped by USPS. They took 3 days to arrive... I'm sure larger orders would be shipped via FedEx or UPS ... over all, this product, to us is 5 stars and worth every red cent. This will be our goto product for our food truck.

I love the turn around time from ordering to fulfillment! Not crazy about FedEx though.
