They were lovely and went over and above to make sure I had my merchandise a few days before my event even though it was a short window so I didn't stress. The products were very high quality and I will use them again because I trust them now that I've seen the end result and not rolled the dice on Ali

Communication and service lacking
A rather frustrating process with our designated agent who was generally slow to respond and only answered half the questions from each email which then meant we had to constantly follow up. When one of the managers jumped in, the service was excellent, but as soon as the issue was supposedly fixed we were relegated back to the less efficient employees. The product we received was not the same colour as the proof we signed off on which was super disappointing. We've now decided to get the rest of our merchandise elsewhere which means wasted months. Service is such an important part of the process of getting merchandise designed. Unfortunately the service fell short here.

Bamboo Socks - Corporate Christmas Gift
This was my first experience ordering with Good Things, we had custom socks made as a Christmas gift for customers. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience and quality of the product, these will a hit. The socks are soft and comfortable, the design looks great and the service from everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. The socks arrived a good 4 weeks before we were expecting them.

Service was great!
From first enquiry through to delivery, service was friendly and prompt. All of my questions were answered quickly, artwork came through on time as promised and the delivery was much sooner than the estimated timeline on our quote.
We were really happy with the bags when they arrived, and I'll definitely be returning next time I need branded items.
