Fabulous service and great quality products

Wrong Products Delivered, Resolution Tough
Wrong products delivered - reached out to have it rectified with no responses until I was constantly reaching out over weeks. My order was clear and product confirmed multiple times, I understand people make mistakes so ensured I was kind and offered to send back the incorrect items to get what I ordered. They tried to avoid replacing my items multiple times and put the blame on me when there was a clear paper trail of my requests.. I did finally get them to issue the correct items after it being escalated however customer service was extremely disappointing and as a business who constantly orders promotional products, I would not recommend!!
Edit after Good Things response: Incorrect. My initial order was yellow, not the follow up email. The quote request was yellow. The lollipop proof was a yellow lollipop. Furthermore; it took weeks for you to 'identify' the issue because you were trying to pass blame and at first would not replace anything until I escalated the issue! I also offered to return the incorrect products multiple times and you advised I could keep them as an act of "good will" considering the error was on your end, a replacement at cost to you is the minimum expectation and pretending that I wanted to keep the wrong items is disgraceful! If you don't want people to leave honest reviews, perhaps don't send out links to then try to minimise exactly what happened to save face with your responses. Another reason why I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Thanks for your feedback. I’ve reviewed your order and can see the original request via our website was for assorted colour lollipops, which matched the invoice and final approval. That said, I can see your follow-up email did specify yellow only, and I am sorry that was not picked up.
Once identified, we sent a full replacement with yellow lollipops at our cost and let you keep the assorted batch at no charge. Whilst we certainly aim to have every order delivered in full and on time the first time, I believe we did work to resolve the issue fairly.
We appreciate your business and the chance to clarify.

A couple of emails, the problem was fixed and the mistake 100% rectified.
