Easiest Experience ever!
From start to finish dealing with you guys was the easiest experience ever. I had constant communication updating me of the progress of my order and was very impressed with the overall cost of my order. HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than other quotes I recieved.

The sale rep was very attentive and provided some us with product solutions that would supported and was aligned with our brand. The delivery of the product was super quick.

Sales team are very helpful and prompt in their responses. I am very happy with the quality of our Seattle Umbrellas and would highly recommend.

Our order was completed in a timely manner and looked great. We are happy with the product and service.

- I ordered a sample that never arrived
- I then placed an order for the product that had been mocked up and quoted (lip balms), but never received any confirmation or update
- I had to follow this up myself when nobody ever put it into production, then was told the order had been "missed"
- I received 249 units instead of the 255 ordered
- Upon closer inspection, a number of the products did not meet the expectations that the mock-up suggested (i.e. the branding was very unclear); I sent pictures to Good Things that same day
- 2 days after I sent both of these issues to my contacts at Good Things, I had to follow up because I had no response to them at all
- Good Things offered a $50 credit as recompense and no option to supply the missing stock in spite of not providing me with the number of products I had ordered
- I found this unacceptable and told this to my contacts and also in reply to the follow-up email supposedly from the co-founder, but I have yet to receive a reply back from either weeks later

Honestly I have found this whole experience completely unacceptable and it this point will not be using Good Things again.

I have been using Good Things service for over five years. Every year as part of our Movember funds raising effort, we design a shirt for our team the ‘Bunch Of Hairy Bankers’ and sell them to raise awareness and funding to the Movember foundation. Each year the recipients of the shirts are very happy with the quality and they know they can trust the sizing as this doesn’t change. Only this week I received feedback, they buy a shirt each year as the quality is great, and the first shirts bought have not faded in colour.

Good Things now produce all our custom branded merchandise. They've always been very easy to deal with and the products are good quality. Particulary impressed with our mousepads. They managed to put our quite complex design on fabric mousepads with a scannable QR code. Nice work! Shout out to Clarisa and Cam who look after us really well.

Really great with communication and quick to turn around a few last minute jobs we threw their way. We also recently refreshed all our company event banners which Good Things were able to source suitable sizes and a construction style that ensured lightweight for travel but easy to construct at a venue or event.
