The Process Is Simple and Free
Donating your vehicle takes just three steps. You contact us online or by phone, we schedule a fast, free pickup at a time and place that works for you, and we handle all the paperwork from there. Great Resource for Donations
First, the process was pretty much hassle free. I was not able to kerp my late Grandfather's car and did not have the title as it had passed upon his death to my Mom and she had, too, passed. It is a Lincoln Town car, a nice car and the thought of it being sold for "junk" eas bothersome. Goodwill was recommended to me as an option and I truly loved the idea that I could help someone else. So many people had helped me through this trying time now I could help someone else.
The gentleman who picked up the car was right on time , very nice, and within moments he had shared the process and safely towed the car away. Thank you, Goodwill for what you do@

A Smooth And Painless Experience!!!
The driver was extremely helpful and supportive during the visit. He made the transaction easy and simple. No stress. My entire involvement took less than 10 minutes, and then he and his assistant took responsibility for loading and transporting my vehicle away. I’ve donated cars through Goodwill before. This was by far the easiest.

I’ve already recommended goodwill for…
I’ve already recommended goodwill for car donations to friends and coworkers and family. The response time after I submitted the form online was amazing. It was I think 3 days from when I filled the form to when I was waving bye to my truck. My customer service rep was great and made sure to follow up with the towing company. The tow company was so kind (whitey’s out of Greer SC). Everyone involved made what was a stressful situation for me into one I felt good about. The extra touch of everyone I spoke to thanking me for my donation was great. It was a huge turnaround from the sad and stress I was feeling knowing my truck was no longer usable and didn’t have any resell value. I could not recommend goodwill car donations highly enough.

Good experience
Everything went very smoothly. Did wait for a couple of hours, but finally talked with the tow driver who was working late into the night.
(He needs a raise😊). He helped us to get everything worked out and picked up the car.
Everyone has been very friendly and helpful.

Very easy process. Tow truck driver worked with my schedule to accommodate a pickup time that worked best. I didn't have to do very much, Goodwill made it very easy to donate my old car. Great experience

Excellent Experience
Communication was timely, with follow up to assure towing company had reached out. The person doing actual towing was excellent! Backed a huge trailer up a steep narrow driveway… mad skills! He was very polite and accommodating, a wonderful representative for the company!
