This is the worst starter I have ever bought. When I tried to use it, it didn't work. I wrote to them but received no response. I wasted my money—do not buy this; look for other options.

Ordered with express post promised in December, they saved $ 3 and did snail mail so it took 2 weeks instead of 3 days! I explained before ordering I need it quickly and will be out of town by end of week for several weeks. As it arrived when I was gone, it returned to sender via Oz Post. 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I purchased the A3 Jumper Starter Tire Inflater from Gooloo on Amazon. I've had it for roughly a month or so. The Tire Inflator works very well. I have not used the Jumper Starter as of yet. But one thing I don't like is their email customer service. I first contacted them a few days ago, because the USB-C cord for charging the device has a defect where it goes into the device. It doesn't fit anymore; goes in only partway. I contacted a fiona a few days ago via email. She referred me to a Karen. I contacted Karen a couple of times over the last few days, but she has not responded to my emails. So you know, I'm giving them a 2 stars only because the air inflator works good as of right now, but the customer service really sucks. I hope that they do get a hold of me, because I need a replacement USB-C cord, to be able to charge this product. I also notice that their Quick Reference Guide that came in the box does not say anything about the warranty, which is ridiculous for a product that I paid about $75.00 for.

Gave one star because zero wasn't an option. I paid 90$ for a brick that won't charge. Zero response from company. This is a scam.

I used my GOOLOO GT 6000 for the first time on 17/02/26 after having in my car for just over a month.
It performed brilliantly starting my 2.0 diesel car which had been standing for over a week, on a very cold day.
It only used 9% of the battery,
When I ordered via ebay the communication via GOOLOO was brilliant and I found GOOLOO to be very helpful. Their staff replied to my emails very quickly about warranty registry and I wouldn't hesitate recommending GOOLOO products to any one, I did my home work before buying, Watch the You tube video's . You can start a vehicle with no battery with this unit.

I purchased a jump starter and never received it. Then they stopped responding to me. It’s been days since they last responded. Fraudulent company practices. I just want my product or my money back.

Wish I had read the reviews before paying for a tire inflator that has not arrived, tracking details do not work as number isn't recognised. No response to emails so money lost.

Fraudulent company maybe. I purchased online, then a few days later my account read “product delivered”. There was never any delivery information provided, and when I contacted them they said that it was returned to them. Then no response, no refund.

The A5 gooloo jump starter kit arrived and i charged it up and nothing works.
No response from Gooloo.
Priece of rubbish.
Do not buy their products.

I purchased a jump pack to keep in my emergency break down kit because I travel a lot and thought it would be a handy thing to have. It has sat fully charged in my car for a year and today I needed to use it. Yes, it started my car but now it will not charge and there are three blue lights constantly flashing. Do not purchase these jump packs as they are terrible, ine has been used once and doesn't work so save your money and buy something more reliable and with better build quality. Terrible piece of kit.

bought 3 air compressor/jump starters last Christmas. 2 are still working one will not charge. only used couple times. company will not do anything about it. do not buy this crap

I ordered a cordless tire inflator portable and received a ball inflator. I paid for the tire inflator, which costs a lot more that the tire one. Walmart was no help. I didn't see any note warning me that Walmart backing up a returned. I read Walmart's boast about how they only due business with creditable dealers. I'm ready to mail them a glass bellybutton. GooLoo reviews are awful.

Will not answer the Ca phone number or handle Chats, keep saying not currently on line. When asked 5he y will not allow you a phone number that you can get personal help. Their website even has a relative locked out from purchasing, he can not get Any help either…..

ZERO stars - AVOID as they do not stand by their product, do not honour anything they say and customer service is atrocious. Ordered GOOLOO A3 Jump Starter with Air Compressor on Amazon and initially seemed like a good product, used a couple of times to jump-start, the air compressor became faulty in less than2 months. Videos sent of faulty product as requested by their customer service and then dead silence. Emails are no longer answered and despite agreeing to put this right, they do not respond or abide by their own guarantee. AVOID THIS BRAND

Bought a portable tire inflator (Gt-160) 21 months ago. Used it twice. Now the unit is not responding after the first recharge. It is like a brick.

I cancelled an order with Gooloo as they had not shipped the item by the day it was supposed to arrive. They were supposed to cancel the authorization hold rather than process the charge since they did not actually ship the order. Instead, they processed the charge, sent me a tracking number, and cancelled the shipment all within two minutes. So instead of doing the HONEST thing and just release the pre-authorization on my card, they pretended to ship so they could process the charge. I'm going to give them the ridiculous "10 business days" to refund my card, but I have little doubt it will need to be a contested charge scenario. I don't know how good the devices by Gooloo are, but their business practices are dishonest.

Be honest and dont lie and scam money from customers. I purchased the Gooloo GP4000 Jump starter and an air compressor in Dec. 2024 from the Gooloo EBay store. It worked great for about 5 charges then stopped charging totally dead for no reason. I contacted the Gooloo EBay seller and too him what was going on. He apologized for the problems and would be happy to replace it ( had an 18 month warranty) I just needed to pay a $15 shipping fee. I paid the fee and then was ghosted never received the replacement and never responded to my many messages I sent. Very disappointed will never buy another Gooloo product again!

I returned a gooloo eBay AU order after I was told I would receive a full refund, after returning they ghosted me completely

Purchased the GP4000 about a year ago directly from the Canadian site. Used it 3 times. It works well (used on 4 cylinder and once on a 6-cylinder ICE). In any case, about 4 weeks ago the unit was failing to charge. At least in my experience their support was friendly and helpful. Basically had to email proof of the failure state and some pics, but there was no quibbling from the Gooloo rep and they sent a replacement.

I ordered a Gooloo 4000 A last July directly from the company via ebay. I called their customer service several times to find out if I had a warranty and if so how long and to send me paperwork stating such. Never happened. I then went to charge it and the port does not connect properly. I have called them several times and am always told they will call me back NEVER HAPPENS. This last time they told me to take pictures and send to an email addresss. That was over a month ago with NO RESPONSE. I am now calling ebay first then I will turn to my bank/credit card and lastly elliott.org which helps with consumer issues. I wish I had saw these reviews first before I bought as I had looked up reviews for the actual product not the customer service.
