Just use Go Places and don't trust other companies
I was in two minds whether to order directly from you or AT. I made the mistake of ordering from AT who said that they were goind to deliver my suitcases on the 15th May. I called them as there was no tracking order only to find out that the 15th May did not mean the 15th of May as this was only an estimate. I was told that I was going to get a call back and no -one called me back. I said that I wanted either a immediate refund or confirmation that my suitcases would arrive. After three hours of trying to speak to customer services, I was told by a really nice and helpful woman, that she thought that my suitcases were in the warehouse but there was no one there who could authorise my refund. AT are just hopeless and I got the feeling that this was not the first time they had has such a complaint. Their delay also meant I missed your deadline of a Saturday. AT were utterly useless, did not deliver, incompetent (owned by S) and are based in Belgium

We love Going places Luggages
We love Going places Luggages. We have been buying from this reputable company for years. We recently again purchased 2 different luggage boxes extra large from them in May 2026. The quality of both Luggages are very good and so were the delivery services. I used to phone them up and pay but this time, we made the 2 purchases online. No problem and they were delivered promptly as ever.
Love this company and we will continue to buy from them. They are not cheap but we are happy with them.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive the item you ordered.
We have investigated the issue and unfortunately, in this instance, it appears that an entirely incorrect parcel was delivered to you by our courier, DPD. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, especially when you were expecting your order to arrive correctly and on time.
While issues like this can occasionally occur within courier networks, we fully appreciate that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused. We have processed a full refund for you and apologise again that there was not enough time for us to resolve the matter by sending a replacement before your travels.
We have also raised this case directly with DPD, as our investigation indicates that the error occurred at their depot.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration caused and for the disappointment with your experience. We take full responsibility for ensuring our customers receive the service they expect, and we do appreciate that you brought this issue to our attention.
