easy to get setup - mail-in lab testing, online appointment, medication based on your individual test results. While it's not an overnight solution, after a year I've noticed significant improvement with my allergies.

Overall this has been such a great experience! Easy to submit sample. Virtual visit with allergist and a treatment plan in no time at all! Looking forward to having allergy free days in the future!

My video visit was smooth, and my provider answered all of my questions. I appreciated the time and care that was taken to go over all medications I was taking, my history with allergies, and all associated issues that I was experiencing seasonally and all year long. Testing was super easy, and so far the process has been smooth. I was able to upload all my documents directly from my phone, message with their team via their site, and schedule my follow-up with a time and date that worked for my availability. There's plenty of communication from the company with regular updates, next steps, and the virtual physician exam was a delight.

My initial experience with Quello has been very positive. The testing process was easy, the consultation was informative, and Joel, the nurse practitioner, was great to work with. I’ve also been impressed by the follow-up communication, which has made the whole experience feel thoughtful and well organized. I knew that I had seasonal allergies but not until I took the simple test from Quello to verify the many different allergies I was suffering from. With no real help or relief from suffering from countless medications from my Dr and ENT I decided to see what all the hype was about. And I was really excited to learn about my test results and that I was a perfect candidate for the drops. With additional testing for other underlying issues I hope that I will be symptom free soon.

From requesting the test, giving a sample and sending back, to having my results explained to me, so far has all been so easy and quell I had been very informative the entire process. I have not begun my immunotherapy yet, as we just went over my results today, but I am very happy so far.
