While we were not able to go on the trip Mr. Rieger planned for us, we have nothing but praise for him. In comparison with other travel agents, Mr. Rieger was more timely, listened more carefully to what we wanted and needed, and planned a trip in detail that would have been perfect for us. We will not hesitate to work with Mr. Rieger again and recommend him to anyone planning a trip to Europe or anywhere.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tyler and Samantha from Go Real Travel, and I can confidently say they made our vacation planning a breeze! While there were a couple of minor bumps in the road during our trip, Tyler and Samantha were always just a message away. They handled any issues that arose with professionalism and care, making sure we were taken care of.

I have to admit, I jokingly mentioned to Tyler about not receiving the beers or bottle of Prosecco, but that just added a light-hearted touch to our experience!

I shared rough points of what my family was interested in doing and Tyler took it from there to create a tailored trip. We then honed it together resulting in an amazing experience. Operations support is good, but understaffed - you get amazing support while you are on your trip, but leading up to the trip you are put into a queue with some delay in response.

This was our third time using Go Real Travel in Europe (Barcelona this time) and they did not disappoint. Tyler and Samia handled every detail and answered ALL of my many questions. The transportation driver was prompt and so very friendly. A true professional. The guide they scheduled for our walking tour was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about Barcelona and paced the tour to meet the physical stamina of those I was traveling with. The hotel we stayed in was neat and clean and located within walking distance of all the things we wanted to see and do.
We would recommend their services to anyone and look forward to using them in our future travels.

Just returned from an amazing 10 day trip through Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Brilliantly planned trip - travel went perfectly, hotels were perfect, city guides on our first day in each city were all excellent, and all the planned sightseeing was just right. We particularly enjoyed the food tours in Prague and Vienna.

We are seniors and wanted a different experience. Go Real Travel met all of our expectations. The limos were always earlier and in touch with us. All of our hotels were taken care of and for the most part we’re really close to the old town areas, which were where we wanted to be. The tour guides were all really good and we were also able to spend a lot of time on our own, exploring the areas.
Whenever I had a question while we were away the company quickly responded.
I have used this company in the past and I would definitely use them again.

For our first trip to Europe (Germany & Austria) Myles took my trip idea and put together a wonderful itinerary and tour package. Having a private tour of each city was a wonderful experience, spending a few hours with a local and seeing and learning about the city in ways we never would have on our own. They booked all the hotels, trains, tours and left us time to explore in our own - as requested.

Our trip started off rough being delayed a whole day by weather. Even emailing them in the middle of the night, they took care of hotel reservation changes, driver picking us up at the airport, and private tour - rescheduling as needed which left us without any worries.

Wow. We just got back from a week in France and I'm so glad we used Go Real Travel. It was the right balance of planned and free time and two of the excursions they planned for us (a private guide in Normandy and a food tour) were our favorite things that we did, maybe among our favorite things we've ever done. We didn't feel like we were all alone in a country where we knew no one and didn't speak the language, Amy was our company contact and she checked in with us as soon as we got there and if I needed her, she responded within minutes. Whatever we paid for their portion of our trip was worth it for sure.

Every aspect was perfectly handled…from communication, detailed itinerary, dinner reservations, lodging, expert English speaking guides, etc.

Go Real Travel made our 2 week trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest an amazing experience! They were so helpful, hotels were fantastic, private drivers were always on time and the tours were private and therefore so much more personal....no large group with guide holding umbrella to follow and having to wear an ear piece! The best way to take the stress out of trip

Go Real Travel helped us with what countries we should visit on our way to visit our main stop Poland. They booked our hotels, which were in great locations and included breakfast, the best private walking guides and their app had all our information from hotels, tours and trains complete with tickets always easy to access. Any issues we did have their text messages were always answered quickly and so helpful. We had lots of time to either go out on our own or to the places they suggested. Highly recommend booking through them.

We had a great experience with Go Real Travel! We heard about them through a recommendation and are so happy we did. We were late in planning a family trip to Europe for December, but GRT took on all the heavy lifting and made the process smooth and easy during a hectic time of year.

We had a wonderful 2-week European vacation over the Christmas and New Year holiday. Go Real Travel takes the stress out of planning and organized our awesome hotel locations, private walking tours, private transfers from train stations and airports to and from our hotels, public transportation tickets and provided recommended day trips that were just stunning. All we had to do was show up and stroll hand-in-hand in complete wonderment.
