This company headed by a person named Ming has sent us a bill for damages that never happened
We returned the suite in pristine conditions
We had mild issues that they never took care of
Also we had humidity that Halana the care taker registered at 100%
This caused lots of damages this company seems to be run by amateurs and shisters

GoSmart Service

C.S. reps runarounds, calls to them purposely hang ups by them. Carrier gets your money, extreme service output failure, and no giving back, despite years of my paying into them. No new antenna installs for better range within areas. My text message not being sent, or incoming texts partially received. Incoming call straigt to voicemail, outgoing calls having me reboot phone regularly.

Worst phone company I ever had I wish I…

Worst phone company I ever had I wish I could give 0* they Don’t care about the customers absolutely ridiculous. I was in the phone for three days consecutive nobody can answer my question what kind of company is this just one ZIP Code to transfer phone number they gave you so much hard time. They told me they did not have access to it it’s right in front of you. you just don’t wanna help that all. you just don’t care about your customers.

IS GoSmart NOW Simple Mobile? Nobody knows!

GoSmart told me they are now Simple Mobile. When I contacted Simple Mobile, they sent me a Simple Mobile SIM card. Which turned out to be a WRONG CARD because apparently, I need a GoSmart card.

I paid for the card, expedited shipping, and now I don't have a card in time, so that's wonderful. Lost time, lost nerves...

GoSmart and their "sister company"Simple Mobile are the worst ever. And their support is utterly useless!

The Gosmart Mobile aka Tracphone USELESS

The Gosmart Mobile which is under Tracfone Wireless but has SIM cards under TMobile is the worst mobile service I have ever used in my life. Customer service representatives absolutely I repeat absolutely do not care who you are and what do you want. The company is dying so nobody cares at all. And it doesn’t matter you are calling or chatting with them. THEY DO NOT CARE ! Someone transferred my phone number to another company and GoSmart easily allowed them to do that WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Absolutely horrible service!!! I lost my number which I be used for a several years for life and business and nobody cares. They can’t get the number back. Because they have no clue how that happened and what to do next. That’s why they absolutely do not care what do you want and what do you feel. Horrible horrible unreal. The worst that they do nothing and nobody can punish them. That’s the worst! I do not understand. And people are still getting their paychecks every week for just telling you “we are trying our best”, but just sitting whole day and cleaning their noses. That’s it. Freedom and inequality. Someone needs to be punished and loose his/her job. Useless service. Useless company. Useless people. Useless lives

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I was a customer for 3 years using same sim card. I bought a roaming card while traveling and it didn't work. After spending an hour on the phone with them they wouldn't refund me after telling me the card doesn't work in the country I was in. Then they told me my sim card wasn't on their records and they refused to provide any other means of verifying me! You can't make this up

Worst flight for booking

Worst flight for booking, they keep on rescheduling the flight and taking a lot of time to refund the amount. No proper customer service. Atleast if the planes are not taking off then please close the site to book ticket . You go smart people are just taking peoples money and not even providing proper service. People have been waiting for their ticket and u scum bags taking all the money . I recommend the people to just not use their flight or book ticket through their flight worst thing that happend us in 2021 is booking flight through go smart. My flight has been rescheduling since past one month and these people are least bothered to confirm things. Please work properly go smart worst airline ever. I will not even give a single star for your flight and recommend every single person not to book through ull even in future.

Really bad

Really bad. They gave my number to another person cause a storm passed and we lost electricity and internet service and I could refill it and only passed 2 days prepaid services should wait 180 days but this Company failed. I called customer service and they don't wanted to give my number back. Im not a new customer more than 3 years with them and this number was very important cause was linked with all my bank accounts doctors and bussiness I had no choice to get another number wich weirdly had 1 day working before refil it and now i have alot of ppl that i dont know asking me who am I and why i have this number like if it was from other person and was still activated. Im not happy with all this.... Bad experience.

Customer support from hell.

When it works, it is fine. I have at times had issues with not receiving texts, people not getting my texts, and receiving multiple copies of the same text but I don't know if this is GoSmart's fault.

My main problem with GoSmart is their customer service, it is the absolutely worst! The agents are nice enough but in a scripted robotic way and they seem to all be extremely poorly trained. It takes forever to get an issue taken care of and half the time it is only partially solved (if at all). If you ask anything jut vaguely outside of a standard transaction they will not be able to help at all.

The absolute WORST!

The absolute WORST!! Very disrespectful, rude and non knowledgeable of there own systems or rules! Very rude to elderly. Manager at corporate Lovely is very rude and nasty!! We called in to fix the voicemail and these crazy people changed my mom's number twice and are refusing to fix it. We never asked for it to be changed! Now my mom is unable to recieve calls from her heart surgeon! Go else where!!!

GoSmart Mobile is complete garbage do not get this I've been with them for a while now and I've never been able to access my online account the internet is horribly slow if you have a problem tech support can never fix it pay a little more money and go somewhere else cuz if you have a problem with GoSmart you'll be completely dissatisfied

Would give it more stars if it essential features

I have had GoSmart because it is economical. Gives a bunch of data for a good, reasonable price. The only thing is think they should work on is the so called unlimited text and calling. I have tried to sign up to receive notifications and every time I get a text message saying my plan does not support it. How is that possible if it's "unlimited texting"? It also doesn't work when trying to send a text message to check what time a bus will be arriving it also sends a message saying my plan is not supported. Don't advertise "UNLIMITED" when in reality it does have LIMITATIONS. Another thing is that their signal sucks in certain places. I drive around a certain area every day and it always loses signal in the same places. Something other people might not like about this and is why I only gave it 2 stars instead of 3 is that it does not have LTE. I don't care about LTE, my internet is quick enough, but as I stated others might not like.
