Edited the order was correct ( my mistake) very fast response to my email to clarify this

Hi Claire, please update your review when possible as we clarified the order details with you when you emailed into us on the 27th and we got back to you within a couple of hours showing you sent you exactly what you had ordered.
Your email order confirmation confirms what your ordered and the funds paid to us also match you purchasing 10 refills and 2 kits not 12 vape kits. This was all highlighted (with a screenshot of the order details) and mentioned in our email to yourself for clarification as it looks like there's been a bit of confusion on your side. Many thanks
