Hi, sorry to hear the delayed dispatch. Looking at the records we repeated tried contacting you on your mobile but to you avail. We also emailed you to no avail. When we finally did manage to contact you on your mobile, we upgraded your product due to the original product being out of stock and goods were sent out which you have now received.
