Not your fault
Not your fault, but so far 2 of the bloody bar pods have leaked and had to be binned.
I did mention it and even took some photos, but didn't hear anything back so took it on the chin.

Disappointing and impossible to smoke
The top of the vape was black and not clear as it showed on your website. I would not have purchased had I known it was the dark attachment. This is difficult to see how full it is and after a few puffs it is too strong to smoke. It went in the rubbish bin.

Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately manufacturers can change the tint of the pods at their leisure and without notice. If you are finding it difficult to view the liquid level, please try and shine the torch of your phone to the side of the pod and this will show the liquid level. Hope this helps. Selling faulty vapes
Avoid this company. I ordered an Innokin vape kit and within 24hrs the vape stopped working. Contacted customer service and they promised to send a replacement on the tuesday after the bank holiday. It's now a week later and no replacement has been received and they are now ignoring messages. Would not recommend dealing with this company

Sorry to hear the issue. No messages were ignored, just were were tremendously busy and had to locate a battery that was working before dispatching to ensure the same issue didn't occur again. The replacement battery was dispatched on the 11th and we see you received on the 12th. Apologies for the late replacement
