I renewed my business insurance with Superscript this year as I am very happy with the product and the customer service I receive.
The adviser I spoke with was Chloe Garrett. She was patient, polite and professional. Chloe was very knowledgeable and made it a pleasant experience for me to renew and add legal protection to my policy. Chloe is a fantastic ambassador for Superscript !

I have used superscript for several years and, although I didn’t luckily have any incident over time, the experience with the company has been positive. Reasonable fees, super immediate assistance, and very easy to access.

I took out a policy and had some questions before it started, Superscript called me and it was all well resolved. Nice to talk to a human being and not get sent around the houses on some bot or automated system. Good job !

Where to start
Where to start - you have very little chance of getting through to them if you want to cancel your insurance or stop a renewal. Staff unhelpful - twice just ended call as soon as I got through. Will charge you if you fail to respond auto renewal even if you get other insurance without notifying them. Auto renewal rate increases by 5-10% per annum so watch out for that.
