So they will tell you that if you refer…
So they will tell you that if you refer and it’s a success, we will pay you £50. They will not tell you that there is a condition that the claim must be a certain amount, which is impossible. I refered 3 of my work mates and was not paid but told the condition which was never mentioned before

These conditions have always been outlined in our Terms and Conditions and are available for customers to review before making referrals.
We understand your disappointment; however, it is the responsibility of each customer to read and understand the Terms and Conditions before participating in our referral scheme.

As explained in our previous emails and telephone conversations, you were provided with a clear breakdown of the tax years we were able to claim for on your behalf, along with the relevant documentation, before you agreed to and signed our agreement.
Furthermore, a detailed breakdown was emailed to you on 18th September. When we brought this to your attention during our conversation, you acknowledged that you may have missed the email.
We take transparency very seriously and have made every effort to ensure you were fully informed throughout the process. We therefore find it disappointing that your review suggests information has been withheld or that we may have deducted more money than agreed, particularly when the relevant information has already been provided.
We welcome genuine feedback and are always happy to clarify any concerns. However, we would appreciate reviews reflecting the facts and the communication that has taken place.
