I had a great experience with Catherine she was polite, friendly and very patient as I was very skeptical about using a third party site. Catherine was great. But as far as gotravelticket as a company I was a tiny bit disappointed as the price I had locked in for the flight bookings ended up being a bit more as I was informed my original booking was a "stand by" and not guaranteed. Even with the price increase it was still cheaper than any other site.

Victor worked immediately and efficiently to solve a major issue. Solved quickly.

Catherine provided me an outstanding customer service and she is greatly appreciated. Booking was made very smooth and efficient for me.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! I booked a 1 way flight Detroit to Springfield MO. Card was never charged, thank God, but nor was the reservation ever finalized. Did not realize it until I tried to order a wheelchair for connecting flight. Two Customer Service calls went to voicemail, two emails were ignored. Consequently, a week later, tickets are 3x the price. My fault. Should have researched better.
Update: I finally discovered one email in my box that they had tried multiple times to contact me and that my reservation was still pending. I had no missed calls and no voicemails. Must conclude they didn’t try very hard, if at all. See another similar review below.

They advertised a very low price on a round trip ticket to Denver. I purchased a ticket and gave them my credit card number. At that point they could not confirm the flight's record locator, saying they "needed another six hours." After waiting 6 hours, they again couldn't confirm my flight, telling me to wait another 24 hours. At that point, I canceled the purchase. 33 days later my credit card was billed with over $3000 of UNAUTHORIZED charges on Alaska Airlines. These people are scammers.

Would give it negative stars if possible. After booking ticket with this merchant, I was charged a rate 5x more than what was promised in the confirmation email and NEVER received an actual ticket or flight reservation. Furthermore, I discovered a string of other unauthorized charges following the fraudulent ticket charge.

SCAM...do not purchase from them. They take your money, send you flight numbers and confirmations, but they do not book the acutal flights

I made the booking. On their own email to me , “your booking is confirmed”
Two days before the flight, an email was received stating multiple attempts to reach out has been made, which never happened; “your flight is in question”. Once I made contact, they tried to fleece me for more money.
Very unprofessional staff, rude and began to yell at me. Do not use these jokers. Scary part is they have my personal information now. Do not risk using these clowns. It has scam written all over it.

I was upgraded to the business class and there they treat me very good, the travel was pleasant and fast, we were on time and the food was very good. Thank q
