drivers are on time and professional, always waiting and willing to detour, but even though we chose English speaking driver, nobody actually speak any English and communication can be a bit difficult

We booked three trips through GoTrip and all three trips were great! The drivers were super friendly, had water for us and always stopped and waited when we wanted them to. The price and the service are simply unbeatable. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Excellent company. The app was easy to use and all the cars and drivers we booked were excellent. Prices were good for the many journeys we took.

Обратилась в компанию Gotrip.ge в своём путешествии в Батуми: хотелось посмотреть окрестности города и при этом оставаться в своем пространстве, без большого количества людей. Заполнила на сайте заявку, со мной сразу же связались, подтвердили мой маршрут, время и стоимость.
Услуги были оказаны на высшем уровне! Водитель приехал вовремя, был вежлив и предусмотрителен, рассказал нам много интересной информации, в салоне авто было чисто, играла приятная ненавязчивая музыка. Мы с детьми чувствовали себя окружёнными заботой и гостеприимством.

Узнала об этой компании на просторах интернета. Решила заказать такси от ж/д вокзала в Кутаиси в Мартвильский заповедник, добавила локации, которые меня интересовали, сразу же появилась цена за машину. Подумала, и решила добавить поездку из Кутаиси в Боржоми и из Боржоми в Тбилиси. Нас путешествовало трое, предоплата не требовалась. Ценник приятно удивил. Всё прошло замечательно! Отвезли, привезли, везде ждали! Мы в полном восторге от сервиса и водителей! Спасибо!

Nice service. I used it when travelled from Tbilisi to Batumi and then back to Tbilisi airport again. Both rides went nice and smooth, drivers are polite, prices are reasonable. As we travelled with 2 y.o. boy we were given a child seat.

Highly recommend it, especially if you travel with kids.

I discovered GOTRIP at a time when I was desperately looking for a way to get from Yerevan to Tbilisi, mostly because of the landing time. And I was really very happy. I made a reservation, easily, understandably, conveniently. The confirmation came immediately. When I was making the return reservation, I realized that I had not made the outbound one very correctly. Correspondence followed and in a short time we clarified everything with the company. The driver I chose established contact with me in a timely manner. The service was at a high level, we moved as quickly as possible, but safely and without unnecessary risks on this difficult route to travel in October. If I decide to take a trip to Georgia this way again, I would use this company again. I recommend it!

Everything went great. We went to the Sabaduri forest from Tbilisi. The driver picked us up right at home, waited while we were walking and then took us back. On the way he told interesting stories about the places we passed. Excellent service, I recommend it to everyone.

Great service. Friendly and patient driver. Stopped at places where we wanted to view on the way. Also very accommodating, did not make us hurry and waited.

We used this service about 10 times during last couple of years. Everything was smooth.
Once we've had an argue with driver, he wasn't satisfied with rates, that was calculated for the route. But Gotrip protected us in that situation.
It's very convenient, when your trip is calculated beforehand, and stops are included. Most of the trips we asked to wait us for 4+ hours (trail running) and had no complaints.
