The quality of Gotucream is incredible! So yes, it keeps your facial skin super smooth and in good health but for my particular situation, I have suffered from severe Rosacea for years and even all the Dermotologists could not find a quality solution...But I give Gotucream a shot and wow! My facial skin looks incredible! It truly has saved me!!

This cream works. I have tried dozens of other creams and potions over 15 years, and this is the real thing. It is also easy to apply and not greasy. Some say it is expensive, but it is not as you use such a small amount. I had a flare before a trip and needed help. As a wound on my leg that has just fired up with a problem related to Poor circulation in the leg and the cream was very active with the healing of the wound.
