Gourmet Paws has been great. The delivery is prompt and they communicate every step of the order process to you.

My dogs love the meals. Customer service and feedback is excellent. Will definitely purchase again.

This was the first time that I have made use of Gourmet Paws. I selected that I would pick up the order instore but actually wanted a delivery.

Chad phoned me to confirm when I will be picking up my order and when I indicated that I have made an error he arranged that it be delivered.

My Scottie, Kara, loves Gourmet Food and it is important to note that she is a very fussy eater. I will definitely stick with Gourmet Paws

The service and delivery was excellent the food looks like good quality and I'm very satisfied - maybe I'll try some.
My very fussy Shiba Inu however took some time to eat it - maybe it is the mince like texture that he didn't like but finally he is eating it.

I can honestly say that this is top class service and my very very spoilts pugs absolutely love the food that Chad and his team delivers to us. I tried both the beef and the chicken and they love both. I recommend you also try the treats. My babies love the pumpkin and peanut butter biscuits. After 8 years of cooking either rice and chicken breast or steak and rice, it is such a pleasure to get all the food delivered and it is top quality as well. Highly recommend Gourmet Pays

I received a phone call even before my order was shipped to have a chat about my "fussy eater" :-)
I was also asked whether I would like to order pork or game as well. My "fussy eater" seems to love the beef so far .... not so fond of the chicken, but I will keep on trying. The service and staff from Gourmet Paws were great!!!
