Yes, your establishment was good in regards to pushing my housing association i.e (my landlord) to consider the disrepair in my flat.

I was expecting a permanent solution to the leakage that occurred in 2023/ 2024 since it was a reoccurring problem, which was cosmetically repaired in the past to the flat.

I was a bit disappointed as to why the repairs was not done to fix the leak permanently because it was obvious that the first cosmetically fixed project did not solve the problems in the first place.

I guess l was expecting your firm to push them harder to fix the damage for good.

I guess l was probably expecting too much from you, l was a bit deflated to state the least.

My kitchen work top was not replaced though it was soaked with water dripping from the kitchen ceiling and as a result part of the worktop had started chipping off.
You did put that down in your notes but it was not replaced.

Having said that, my leaking kitchen taps were replaced with a new one, thanks for that.

Thanks to you at least something was minimally done.

I believe that a building is the the biggest asset or an investment any one could have in the world and as such should always be renovated to maintain it to the best standard for human habitation.

If you are collecting payment from renters then offcause it should be fit for purpose.

I personally think all landlords should be legally held responsible to that because they owe that to their tenants.

Listen to the bad reviews as they are right. Any good reviews will be fake.

After two years I closed my claim with severe frustration and disappointment.

My family was forced to live in severe disrepair which probably would have been fixed, if I would not have had this lawsuit. It rather hinders the council from doing anything and as a result, and your housing won't fix the issues you have claimed for.

I did receive compensations but at such minimal amounts that it's not worth it to live in a hellhole.

I would highly recommend Gowing Law. They kept me informed every step of the way and work will start next week. Nothing was being done until they got involved. My complaints fell on deaf ears. Wish I’d done this sooner instead of living in bad housing conditions for 5 years. Would have liked the choice of a cheque or bank transfer when payment was made. My only quibble.

I didn't have to do anything, other than let them in my property to access. They did it all for me and I received more money than I thought I would. Thank you 👍

Nothing as been done yet,nobody from the council have been in touch and I still haven’t received my first payment

The service is excellent but the repair team did not work properly. I am happy the service was very helpful at least the fixed everything which was broken. The service did there job and help people. I am very pleased with the service thank you so much.

What a JOKE and insult, promised me a new bathroom all fixed up house and up to 5000 compi, turns out they are offer Only 250, they get more than me , no new bathroom as promised, no talking , only Emails, i lost so much money over 2 years of mould and these guys think 250 quid is a good offer,, don’t use these guys they are out for them and them only, your just gonna get MUGGED off
