Go Power! Avis 

This basic package works great! You need realistic expectations and to understand that the RV Dealer/manufacturer didn't build the solar equipment.

My experience:
Bought a 2026 Jayco Jayflight 262RLS with the factory installed Overlander Basic package: 200watt panel, 30amp PCM controller and a Group 24 Lead/acid battery. I swapped in a 100ah lithium battery from my previous trailer and installed a Victron battery monitor so I could accurately see what was going in and out. With my 12 volt fridge operating and a 100% state of charge in the battery I pulled the shore power at dusk leaving the trailer running off the battery. In the morning the battery was at 79% SOC. I left the trailer disconnected from shore power and by the end of the day the Overlander had returned the battery to 100%!

Go power - Lock Quay Limerick is normally a cheaper option re card only, now Petrol is €189.9 litre when you can buy at Inver garages for €182.9.

About 5 years ago I installed a GO Power IC2000 in my 5th wheel. About a year ago it started to give me some dependability issues and just recently the "Charge" function in the IC2000 failed. The unit will invert but will not charge the battery bank. So now I have an IC2000 that half the functions that its suppose to provide have failed. If you decide to install a good power system into your RV spend the money and go with Victron products. These Go Power units are just not reliable.

I bought a Rockwood rv trailer in May 2021. Gp 30 controller was installed. The unit has ceased to work and the screen flashes continually even at night. Go power said they would send me a new one at my expence. I live in New Zealand so the freight cost of $142 USD is ridiculous. Basically if you don't live in the US don't buy their products as the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.

This company really doesn't give a care about their customers. Call them and their technical support are rude and know nothing really. Pathetic. Go with anyone but Go Power. Less than a year and the system stopped working. What a joke.

Have a GP-PWM-30 built into Lance trailer. RV Solutions know almost nothing about solar so no help. They just sell trailers. Paired once with the app and now never again works. Tried deleting, etc. Met a guy from Canada who uses Battle Born and Victron. This is the way I will go now. If you are new to solar, don’t talk to the dealer they know nothing. Talk to other RVers who will help immensely. Battle Born and Victron are superior to Go Power. Go Power has never, not one single time responded to my email and phone requests. Maybe bad luck or maybe just the truth.

During the Covid 19 pandemic they treated us appalling. We dealt with the accounts manager and general manager. We have never come across a more aggressive company. We will never recommend them to anyone. Stay clear of this company if your a small business or suffer at your peril.

I have a Solar Extreme system on my Grand Design Solitude fifth wheel RV. I experienced a complete loss of power on the day after Thanksgiving. I phoned Go Power customer service early that morning and left a message. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call a short time later from one of their service technicians. He helped me resolve the issue and carefully explained what I had done wrong. I was extremely happy with the overall experience. I would highly recommend Go Power as they definitely stand behind their products.

I say nothing but this company is good. all the time I buy stuff. And this is good/

bought the Go Power IC 3000 but after using, found the pass-thru function using generator power did not work! According to the company there was a design flaw, but they didn't notify dealers who in turn should have contacted customers for a recall...terrible customer service! Overpriced as well

I found the wires to the solar controller not push in all the way. They we’re hanging out and needed to be push in. The fixed bolts to the legs were loose and I had to remove the bolts and turn one bolt so that the wing nut was not resting on the back of the solar panel. I have yet to test the panel, with the sun due to living here in Oregon. All given I am very happy with the prospect of having solar. Easy hook up to my trailer. Great Customer Service. Fast Shipping, received to two days.
