Hi Ilya, “a huge scam” is a serious accusation, but this review provides no order, product, payment or support details that would allow us to identify an experience and investigate it. A previous or changed brand name is not, by itself, evidence of deliberate deception.

Please provide the order number, product or membership involved, the date of the transaction and any ticket reference, mentioning this Trustpilot review. We will review the facts and address any verified delivery, access or billing problem. Hi Jose, thank you for describing the issue clearly. Access included with a Super Lifetime purchase should be assessed against the terms recorded at the time of purchase, and we are sorry that your Exclusive access changed without a satisfactory explanation.

Hi Juan, we understand why losing download access after purchasing a Super Lifetime plan, together with unanswered tickets, would make you feel deceived. A brand or domain change is not evidence of an attempt to trick customers, and we respectfully reject the scam allegation. However, your membership access must be reviewed against the terms recorded when you paid.

Please send us the original order ID, purchase email and previous ticket references, mentioning this Trustpilot review. We will check the plan history, the reason downloads became unavailable and whether the account was affected incorrectly. Any confirmed access error will be corrected; otherwise we will provide a clear account-specific explanation. The lack of a timely support response was not acceptable.

Hi John, thank you for acknowledging that the website is current and useful despite this serious access problem. If your Super Lifetime and Lifetime Pro purchases included Exclusive files under the documented terms, the recent loss of access needs an account-specific review. We are also sorry that your tickets were not answered.

Please send us both order IDs, the purchase email and the existing ticket references, mentioning this Trustpilot review. We will compare the original membership terms with the account history and determine why Exclusive downloads were disabled. If the access change was incorrect, it will be corrected; otherwise we will give you a precise explanation rather than leave the issue unanswered.

Hi Ali, we are sorry that the theme could not be used as you expected and that your support and refund requests received no response. GPLHub is an independent distributor of GPL-licensed files, so purchases generally do not include the original developer’s purchase code, account, automatic updates or vendor-hosted services. That limitation should be stated clearly on the product page before purchase.

Please send us the order number, theme name, the exact activation message and your earlier ticket reference, mentioning this Trustpilot review. We will review whether the files themselves work without the vendor-only service and whether the listing accurately described the limitation, then address the order appropriately. Regardless of the outcome, you should have received a timely answer.

Hi Michal, your concern is understandable. Three unanswered support questions followed by unanswered email is not the level of communication customers should receive, and we are sorry that your requests were left unresolved.

Please contact us again with your order or membership ID and the references or approximate dates of the three questions, using “Trustpilot review” in the subject. We will trace the earlier messages and make sure the underlying issue receives a clear response. Thank you for raising the communication failure directly.

Gplhub.net can never be used in the same sentence with the word fraud.
The version numbers found in the products are real. we never use fake versions.
All of our products are 100% clean and safe.
We are not perfect, but we are always well-intentioned and honest.
If you read our "sales contract" before purchasing, we will not have any problems.
