What a great company
What a great company. Very quick to process my order and I received it within 48 hrs. The website was easy to use but best of all, the offers are really great.

Not received the goods yet
Not received the goods yet, despite ordering almost a week ago. Free next day delivery is the major selling point, no comms explaining delay etc. I have contacted GPS to ascertain whereabouts of the order to be informed that goods should be with me by next Wed. 10 days after initial order. Still no communication confirming this, despite instruction from customer service staff that an e mail would be forthcoming.
When/If I eventually receive my ordered goods then I will comment further

An email was sent out to a few of you on Friday at 14:44 to alert you to a hold up with a number of orders, we have since contacted you again and have not been receiving responses - If you could please check your spam and come back to us.
Your order is guaranteed for delivery on Wednesday with Royal Mail, thank you for your patience with this,
If you could please drop us an email to contact@gpsoutlet.co.uk so we can get this resolved for you we would most appreciate it

All good but expected next working day…
All good but expected next working day delivery which would have been a Tuesday, given that I ordered over a weekend, however received on the Wednesday. Perhaps I misinterpreted!

Received the items yesterday and fitted them today. Exactly as ordered and in perfect condition. Don't know why the delay in delivery, possibly Royal Mail current problems. I would certainly use GPSOutlet again.

Unfortunate Delay
The ordering process was very good and the golf watch was excellent value compared to other sellers. The reason for the three stars is that the advertised next day delivery turned out to be 11 days.

Everything was good
Everything was good. The only thing I could complain about was delivery- instead of next day it was two days later but the package was shipped this same day so I would blame Royal mail. And because it was free I can't realy complain anyway.
