GrabAgile Avis 

My review was hidden from this website because Grab Agile didn’t like that I said their company is a scam. Which now that I read the other 1 star reviews they are all about the instructor, class, or materials and NOT about the company which means they have erased similar complaints to make themselves look reputable. Thankfully, they can’t erase reviews submitted to the FTC.

For reference I bought the Elite package for Scrum for $400 May 2026.

Mark from the Support team did write me a defensive and emotional fueled email asking me why I would dare disparage their company and offered a $125 refund which I accepted but they still haven’t fulfilled that offer because in a follow-up email, their condition to receive a refund is to edit my review here to make them look like a reputable company when they are not.

First off, Bonsy was amazing but I sincerely wish she worked with a different company. I think the only reason this company is successful is due to their instructors. I was well prepared for the exam and what I learned from her course immediately gave me needed tools for my position in IT PM and allowed me to pass the exam first try with flying colors.

So why do I say this company is a scam?
1. When you choose the class you want to take a pop up appears and they ask you to select an “upgrade” for $50-100 more promising “unlimited re-takes”, “Three bonus text exams” and then you realize after you re-select the package you want (you shouldn’t have to do this in a pop-up) the instructor you selected has now been replaced with someone else.

2. “Three bonus test exams” are bogus. The information within these exams is inaccurate information. In fact, if you used these exams solely to prepare for the actual exam you’d likely fail. They should ask their knowledgable instructors to help them write these exams.

3. The practice exams don’t calculate your score or give you feedback, only an error after you’ve submitted. I tested each exam, they all gave the same error when you submit. My classmates had the same issues with these exams. Everyone in software development knows you MUST TEST THE PRODUCT BEFORE GO LIVE. They said they took these exams down in a follow-up email. They have not. Just fix them.

4. They promise “unlimited exam retakes”. As soon as you log into the exam it says you have ONE RETAKE any additional retakes are $50. - Another example of false advertisement.

5. User portal Bonus links don’t direct to the correct product. When I brought this to their attention they said they couldn’t fix that based on one person’s experience. I PAID FOR A PRODUCT YOU DIDN’T DELIVER. False advertisement again.

A reputable company would take ownership for their issues, correct them, and stop trying to charge people extra for products that don’t work and offers they can’t actually fulfill. Instead they continuously harass me in their emails to change my review and THEN they’ll give me a refund of $125. I paid over $400.

I would recommend EVERYONE who is having issues with this company to report their fraud to the FTC. They blocked a classmate of mine when he brought up similar issues and also asked for a refund. He can’t even access his account within Grab Agile anymore. They hide reviews that show them in a bad light. They don’t want to do the work to give a quality product. Their instructors are their only saving grace.

Don’t buy any Elite or Premium offerings. Take your scrum class with Bonsy. Report to FTC any issues you have with the company. My patience is done.

I had a great experience working with GrabAgile. Their team was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. They provided clear instructions, communicated promptly, and made sure everything was completed efficiently.

I highly recommend GrabAgile course to anyone interested in building a strong foundation in Agile principles and Scrum framework. These course are well organized, engaging, and easy to follow, with real-world examples that make complex concepts easier to understand.

Scrum isn't a complex subject, but there are a lot of nuances to it. Alongside the structural changes that you have to accept for a successful adoption of Scrum, having the information delivered with different approaches and repeated was extremely helpful. While a class feels like more of a waterfall scenario, I liked seeing the burndown chart in action. I would say that the person delivering the coursework was a little wooden (honestly I didn't notice it myself until it was pointed out by other members of the group), but it was clear she was an expert in her field and willing to put the time in to make sure the class understood the subject matter. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that there was a lot of direct lecture: the delivery of that part is extremely important to the course but it was the part that was hardest to pay attention to.

I am more confident about this than anything.

Bonsy Yelsangi did a great job teaching us what we needed to pass the certification, and also answered all questions about what we have seen in the field. I passed the certification on the first try right after she finished with the class.

Teacher was engaging and motivated. Well presented and up to date with some AI modifications for real world.

Great Experience! Danko is a great instructor and keeps the class engaged the entire time. Definitely learned a lot that I will remember for a long time!

Very easy platform that allowed me to get my certified scrum master (CSM) with ease.

The course material was good, and the instructor definitely knew her material very well. However, I could not understand 75% of what she was saying. Her accent, cadence, and word use made it impossible to keep up with her, especially when Medhavi Ledalla had her HEAD DOWN, and SPEAKING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED, which was most of time. She has not been trained to train an audience online. She needs a headset and needs to learn to slow down her speech, articulate, and place herself in the shoes of the participants. I have the course notes, but it is not enough. I am dissatisfied with the course and WILL NOT consider GrabAgile for any further courses, nor will I recommend GrabAgile. GrabAgile conveyed I could retake the course and then backtracked. Shame on this organization. You changed the instructor and the time and did not provide a good option.

The class itself was fine. I had a hard time understanding the instructor. Many times, she spoke really fast and with the accent it was hard to understand. On the second day other participates asked her if she could speak more slowly as well. I turned on the Close Captions in order to be able to follow along.

Engaging, attention grabbing, and great content delivery. Danko conducted the workshop to not only instruct the student but engage the student and make the student want to interact. Put the learning to practice as the instruction was given.
