Don't go there - this is the same business as Vorina - they probably change the name each time someone complains. I am in dispute with my bank over Vorina and the item I bought is now on Grace-Aura's website instead. Stay well clear you will lose your money and the pyjamas are cheap nasty polyester for £45! Nothing like they look in the ad

Took over 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive,
Looked NOTHING like the website photo - shockingly poor quality.
Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.
Took several attempts for them to offer a full refund if I send the item back. Costing over £30 to send back!
Absolute joke of a company- this is clearly how they are making money as it’s not from the clothes !

Terrible! After taking 15 days to arrive (from China), "warm suede winter boots" were shockingly bad quality. Fake suede, poor quality sole, and when i tried one on, the cheap plastic 'heel' shaper folded over so i couldn't get my foot in. They were advertised as orthopaedic boots, they would give you sore feet if could actually get them on.
These are a rip off fake of what was advertised on their website, do not buy anything from grace aura! Wish i had read reviews before ordering

This is a false advertisement and scamming company.
Clothes look nothing like on website and they cost you a fortune to send back. DO NOT USE WANTS SHUTTING DOWN

I had to give one star because there was no option for MINUS ONE! It was the most terrible experience. I learned either to read reviews (to waste my time, thanks to unprofessionalism like Grace Aura "shopping platform") in the future before purchasing or just going with recommendations.

Terrible website, never buy from here. I was mistakenly deceived by the Christmas jumpers and bought one for £25. After it came a month later it looked nothing like the picture, was too small (wasn’t the advertised size) was far from loose fit (as advertised to be) and had a really strong smell of chemical on it that gave me a sore head. Due to all of these horrible features of this jumper, I tried to get a full refund in which I never received. Apparently they could only do a 25% refund. Absolutely horrible, never buy from this website!!!

It is a NO from me. The deliveries take weeks as they are shipped from China. The items come up tiny. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I ordered a knitted top - even after seeing the reviews. Once you get your item, it will cost £50ish to return it. They really are not doing themselves any favours by shipping to the UK. I will give one positive - their customer service communication is good, however hands are tied because of the country on both sides.

Totally agree with everything said here it's just a pity you can't give less than one star. Bought a 'winter' coat from them, don't know what sort of winters they are expecting you could blow through the coat. What a waste of money REALLY disappointed. Company don't want to know

Ordered a Christmas jumper in November. Reached me 2 days after Christmas.

Please do not buy from this store it is absolutely fake!!!
I ordered Christmas Jumper on November 20th and it arrived on December 22nd from China!!!
Jumper was supposed to be made of wool with more than 40% of its composition,it turned out to be polyester 100℅!!!

This is a scam company! The jumpsuit I received looked nothing like the photo, they had used a photo of a designer jumpsuit priced £350, but the item I received was completely different. The items come from China, not obvious on the website and returns need to be made to China. They have refused to pay return postage.

This is a big, big scam! do not order from them!
Even though they are registered in the UK they are China based.
The so knitted jumper I ordered was just a simply a poorly printed & made polyester blouse.
To return it, I have to send it to China not the UK!
I obviously won't get a return, just wish they were shut down as they are simply scamming customers.
The website is a big lie as none of the info is accurate!
I tried to ring them on the UK number listed on the website but of course it cannot be found!
Stay, far far away from them! Shame on them!

An absolute joke. I ordered a Christmas jumper on 20th November and it has still not arrived on 17th December. How do they get away with this robbery ? No Stars absolutely

I agree with all the negative reviews. My experience in ordering a Christmas jumper was dreadful. The item I received took 3 weeks to arrive and bore no comparison to the item I had seen on the website. The item was described as “knitted” and I received a vile cheap sweatshirt top with no care label or any info about the material composition. Eventually I established that to return the item I would need to post it to China at my own cost. I handed the item into a local charity shop as it would have costed about £20 to return it. Do not buy from this company.

Chinese scam, avoid

Bought a pair of orthopaedic shoes. Description stated sizing was small so bought a size bigger. Still way too small! Contacted them and asked to return for refund. A week later still no reply! Shocking service. Wish I'd read these reviews before buying!

I ordered a Xmas jumper, but the colour was totally different than the one advertised (very dull). I have contacted their customer service many times to obtain a refund. They are just useless. They won’t give me an address for the return. They obviously operate outside the UK and don’t care about customer rights. It looks like I am stuck with it.

I recently purchased an item from Grace Aura what a terrible company to deal with I was sent the wrong item and have sent it back and they have not even responded back or sent a refund if any one is thinking of buying anything I would advise not too.

Scam beware! Tried to return items and it’s cost £27 to send to China. Looks like a uk site but it’s not. Customer service is useless. They make returns extremely difficult. I feel like I’ve been ripped off
